Experiencia fantástica: Get up! Go in! Get moving! Put down that bag of chips. Stop comfort eating and get to working out. You'll be glad you did. No pain, no gain. Who knows, you just might get in better shape and dump that ball and chain for, well never mind. Just go get active already.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter has taken swimming lessons here for 3 sessions and I highly suggest them. She is 6 and she's a little fish.

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoy Health Point fitness. They offer plenty of classes for the seniors which is great! The amenities are great! My only complaint is that they don't offer locks on the lockers. I use to workout at Fitness Plus and they had locks on their lockers. I wish Health Point did the same.

Experiencia fantástica: I live in MS and I go to Mo. Twice a month and when I do I go to Healthpoint. Just love this place and workout machines hot tub and steam room and pool makes it feel like spa day I spend hours here. Only exception is since the pandemic the music is lacking and not very loud which I miss it for motivation.. highly recommend Healthpoint in Cape Girardeau.

Experiencia positiva: Great variety of equipment available for use, clean and well maintained. Facilities for walking, basketball , pickleball and many other activities. Only downside is cost. Place is very expensive compared to gyms in the area.

Experiencia positiva: Very expensive for a membership but they are the only gym with a pool. The place hasn’t changed really anything in about 10years, same of everything and the place needs a cleaning, but they are really nice and the place is always a favorite, I do love coming here to swim and have fun.
