Experiencia fantástica: We were just starting our 3 week vacation to Bokeelia Florida when I got hit with horrendous sciatica, constant pain and spasm running from my Left hip to the front of the knee. I have experience with leg pain, as I have had previous Right L4-5 lumbar disc injections and finally microdiscectomy several years ago with resolution thankfully. This time the pain was searing and unrelenting for 6 days, almost worse than the pain following surgery (I refused any opiates then). It was bad enough that I was considering leaving early and just going home. Fortunately we have a fantastic physician (a world famous medical institution) who ordered me a 6 day oral steroid. The pain maybe subsided within a day, but was still almost debilitating, especially in the morning. I was almost ready to give up and get home so I wanted to let our AirB&B owner know ahead of time. When I called her (Patty Cummings) she said that her business, Astro Endurance bungee, often treated people with sciatica. Say what ?? What a coincidence ! She offered me a session as she thought she could help me out with this. Before going ahead with a session, I sent my physician a link to the website. He approved of me to go ahead, but stop if pain gets worse. I went to the first session wondering what to expect. I have had many regular physical therapy sessions in my life, and I have to say, none of those sessions were nearly as effective as the bungee stretching. I have done 2 sessions so far, and third scheduled before leaving. The pain has gone down greatly and spasms are few and far between. This therapy has saved our vacation. Sure I might not be able to be as active, but still able to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. I told my physician about what I found with this, and he concurred that it seems to be a safe and effective sciatic pain relief approach. Thank you. John Wheeler

Experiencia fantástica: By far the most FUN you will have working out! They say time flies when you're having fun and time will fly (and you will too ) during your session because you're having so much fun and burning some serious calories! Patty is always so kind and welcoming and adjusts the workouts to fit your needs. One of the best things about Bungee workouts is that it's low impact on joints. So while I'm not able to do squats and lunges at a gym due to horrible knee and hip issues, I can squat, lung and burpee to my hearts content at bungee and walk away pain free!

Experiencia fantástica: Aaron and Patty are awesome! They are very knowledgeable in kinesiology. The equipment is amazing! My wife had an ACL graft Dec 16th, found this low impact fun way of working out/Rehabbing, signed AMA from her traditional slow progress PT, and is doing AWESOME! Highly recommend if traditional working out is not for you.
