Experiencia fantástica: Always fun and a great workout. Kid Zone allows me to be able to workout, and without it, it wouldn't work! The ladies are sweet that work in there with the kids. My only wish is that it was even just $10 less expensive per month, because it is quite pricey for my husband and myself to both go. Lots of options and machines though. Safe, clean environment that I can truly appreciate.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the classes in the warm pool. Takes away my fibromyalgia pain. I also really like the instructors. Everyone there is courteous and I also like that they went scent-free.

Experiencia fantástica: They offer free courses on different subjects such as cooking, security, computer classes xcetera. The courses are excellent. I used to take a water aerobics class gamma and enjoyed it very much. Although I don't anymore because my weight is at my desired go.

Experiencia fantástica: I was there on vacation got a 7 day pass and was able to do yoga one day, aerobics the next, and aqua yoga another day. Lots of cardio, and strength training options, friendly staff.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place to go if you need physical therapy or to just go on your own. There's aquatic indoor pools, 1 is warm for therapy & the other pool is for swimmers. There's also a gym with different machines to work out with. It's behind CC Hospital & if you want to be a member they charge you for it! Highly recommend this place :-)

Experiencia fantástica: Very robust establishment offering wide variety of wellness services. Staff here is tremendous, very helpful, educational, accessible. Plenty of parking and easy to access just behind Cape Coral Hospital. Beehive of activities here. Take a tour.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to get your sweat on, has numerous classes, pool, aquaticaerobics, spinning, massages, sauna, yoga, Pilates. And it's a reasonable cost considering all that is offered. And it opens at 5am-9pm Monday - Friday, 7am -5pm Saturday and Sunday.

Experiencia fantástica: All the classes are included in your membership. Why do the yoga Pilates and Zumba. The body pump Spin and others.

Experiencia fantástica: You get what you pay for. All the equipment you could ever want, 7 or 8 giant tv's you can plug into while you work out. The card reader keeps track of all of your settings on each machine. Most of the staff are medically trained or have certs/degrees in health & fitness. It's cool to be surrounded by those people instead of the punk kid running the private gym down the street. Again you get what you pay for.

Experiencia fantástica: This is such a great place to work out. It's fun, clean, great staff, you really feel in a safe environment to do your own stuff and don't feel intimidated. It's great how many different classes they offer and they have flexible schedules. Give it a try!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. The staff is great. The entite facility is CLEAN and well maintained.Staff is always available and willing to assist members. I am currently on medical leave, and can't wait to get back to my routines in the gym and pool. It's the staff that makes the Wellness Center such a great place.
