Experiencia fantástica: As Peter mentioned, most gyms have an annual fee which is explained in detail upon joining. The monthly membership is one of the most reasonable plans in the area. This gym is kept in pristine condition. The gym itself is spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a friendly atmosphere. I have been a member for several years and have been most pleased with the staff and the equipment. For example, during this time I have yet to see more than one treadmill out of service for repairs. This gym offers not only quality maintenance but timely. This gym is not only maintained professionally but daily as well. I could not be more pleased.

The owners are family oriented and therefore they carry that down into the gym...Price, times, and cleanliness is a top priority for those with compromised immune system and for those on a budget...along with any time frame...hope to see you here...cheers!

Experiencia fantástica: $6.00 day pass is cheap! The Mon and Thurs 8am yoga class was exceptional in every way. Clean gym! Good equipment. Huge with everything you want, there are two Jacob's Ladders!!

Experiencia fantástica: People…smh…please see how nice this place is for yourselves and do not go by these negative reviews..mask can be worn if you feel you need to wear one..your choice..disinfectant wipes are provided in multiple locations on the floors to wipe machines before using..and the locker rooms are really clean…go and judge for yourselves…I have no idea why the reviews are outrageously negative..smh..SWEAT SPOTS ARE NOT on the machines, etc… Good gym / workout environment…God bless..

Experiencia fantástica: Mid Cape Fitness and the staff run a AMAZING gym. The place is huge with more machines, free weights and cardio equipment than any other gym in Cape Coral. This means I do not have to wait for equipment. The gym is very clean and there are sanitary wipes at stations thought for clients use. I find the atmosphere welcoming to all ages and fitness levels. I am not a muscle bound beast, so I appreciate that. The monthly price is quite inexpensive, so there is no excuse not to work out. Any issues or requests, I have had the staff is always responsive, courteous and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: This 24 hours fitness facility has everything you need to get and stay fit. As a guest, I was very impressed with the variety of equipment. Nice locker room facilities and very clean. Guest fees should be eliminated however. In my humble opinion.

Experiencia fantástica: Basically one of two gyms in Cape Coral that offer a premium gym experience, and is open 24/7. We all know the one across the street is where you go to take selfies and occupy the squat rack with no intentions of lifting. Take my word for it, come to Midcape.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! Very clean and does everything a good gym should. You can enter the gym with your scan tag and get to work. No need to wait for the front desk person to get back back to their station. I never leave reviews but saw how low the overall rating was for this place and had to give my two cents cause this place rocks.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an everyday gym Everyday People all different ages family runned and very friendly a lot of equipment and you're not on top of someone else when you're working out I would recommend it
