Experiencia fantástica: I have been around CrossFit since 2006. I have owned a CrossFit gym. This place is a classic facility for CrossFit. The coaches are encouraging and structured in their coaching. The community atmosphere is highly encouraged and lived out by the owners, coaches & members! I love the courtyard for my WOD’s! There is plenty of equipment to go around. It’s always clean and orderly. This my new home for CrossFit. Now I just have to get my family going…

Experiencia fantástica: Love this team of Coaches. They are always looking out for you. Safty is one of their priorities. They always give you different option for adjustments in the exercise depending on the level you are. They make sure you have a good form when you do the excersises. They will push you and encourage you at the same time. They truly care about you! Thank you team.

Experiencia fantástica: The gym you always dreamed of, but never found…4 Owners (2 couples) who are also coaches with skin in the game, and have a relentless dedication to their clients. They’ve created an atmosphere of positivity and passion that I haven’t seen anywhere else… every workout is explained in detail, mechanics are drilled, coaches are COACHING the entire time, and everyone is motivating each other and cheering each other on through the workouts. This is not your typical gym, or your typical CrossFit gym… it’s SPECIAL. Thankful to be training here!! Join us!!!

Experiencia fantástica: What a positive and awesome experience as a visitor!!! I'm vacationing in Cocoa Beach and decided to visit CrossFit Cocoa Beach and will definelty come back again. I received fast email responses inquiring about the facility and confirming my morning spot the night before. My biggest takeaway from my experience was the overall welcome and support by the members and coach (Bobby). Super clean facility! I can't wait till next year when I vacation in Cocoa again...I will make it a point to sign up for multiple classes!

Attending CrossFit has had an overall positive impact on my over all well being!! Everyone is friendly.Everyone can use the equipment!! My son participated in the kids CrossFit class and he loved the sessions .He not only learned the proper way to work out but he also learned valuable life lessons and nutrition information . This CrossFit is not just a work out it's a life style filled encouragement and wellness.

Experiencia fantástica: Great box! I dropped in from CrossFit Almaden, San Jose, CA. Victor was great via email. Matt was great, great coach, got me my waiver to sign while I wait for the next class. Everyone, the WOD, everything was great! I like how the WOD is on a screen in the front room so you can memorize it, while you wait, without walking in front of flying bars or something.

Experiencia fantástica: The level of support, encouragement, and knowledge offered at this box creates the perfect environment for learning and growth. The owners and coaches have such an amazing way to make sure that the growth gained is both physical and mental lending itself to a better life inside and outside of the gym. The community is friendly, uplifting, and has become just like family. It is truly a home away from home. The work outs are effective and challenging but easily modifiable for all levels of fitness. Coaches care about personal goals and work with members to help them on their journey. The box offers great hours and fun filled classes as well as an area for lifting or accessory work. We love CrossFit Cocoa Beach!

Experiencia fantástica: Was staying in the area for a couple months and decided to drop-in one day to try it out - and I was hooked. What a great place and community! It honestly felt like I'd been apart of the gym community for months after only the first week. Great coaching staff and structure. Each had unique styles, were helpful and always pushed for the best out of people. Enjoyed parts of the box being outside and cool little kids area when I brought my son with me. Great people and place. Looked forward to it each time I went.

We sent a message to the Facebook page that was replied to immediately. Dropped into the 9am Saturday class and were made to feel like we belonged there. All of the coaches, as well as the members treat you with open arms and smiling faces. You become part of a family, a really good looking, well-toned family ;) This box also has a KidFit program that is geared towards building a sense of community, strength, and healthy eating habits that keep children engaged while beginning to understand how their bodies work. Coach Cristina taps into each child’s goals and goes the extra mile to build a personal connection with each individual child.

Experiencia fantástica: I was staying in the area for 2 months and wanted to find a CrossFit gym that I could drop into every now and then. I'm so glad that I found CrossFit Cocoa Beach! I have been doing CrossFit for 6+ years and have dropped into a bunch of gyms. This one was definitely at the top! The coaches were amazing. They paid close attention to all the athletes, myself included. They made me and my family feel more than welcome; they accommodated my 19 month old daughter when my husband and I wanted to get a workout in together. What a great community, I look forward to visiting again next time I'm in town!

You are always provided the best coaching for your own specific needs/level from the most well-trained staff and owners. Never intimidating, always welcoming and fun environment. Would not want to be a member anywhere else. Kidfit classes are offered for children to learn not just physical movement and exercise but also how important healthy nutrition is to perform. Ask for Coach Cristina cuz she ROCKS!

Experiencia positiva: Super friendly staff and members! I dropped in for a week while on vacation and everyone was more than welcoming. The available class times are great as well. I know they are in the middle of transitioning to a larger facility which is exciting! The location on Atlantic Ave provides you with the CrossFit basics, same with their programming. If you are used to a very competitive and high volume training facility this may not be the place for you, but definitely an awesome spot to drop it while on vacation and see some friendly faces. I will definitely be back!

I especially enjoyed the Saturday beach WOD! I found all of the other members to be very friendly and accepting of a new face. I will definitely drop in here again if I find myself in Cocoa Beach!
