Experiencia fantástica: Great spot for a day pass while you wait to board your ship. A lot of cardio, strength training equipment, and free weights. I’ve stopped in here 3 times in the last year on the mornings before a cruise, always a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Cocoa beach health and fitness is gym like no other…the most welcoming and happy gym I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here three years now and I’ve had time to get a true feel for the atmosphere. This is not your corporate owned flashy overhyped chain store in a random storefront. Calls get answered by a real person and when you have to leave a message, you will get a call or text back. The gym owner, Jim is there every day working, fixing things and thoroughly enjoys connecting with members and guests. Most of the staff have been there for years and are always completing continuing education to stay up on the newest health information in their field. The members are so nice and the staff is genuine and helpful. This two story very clean gym is right across the street from the beach and has a LOT of space. The entire bottom floor is dedicated to free weights, tons of cardio equipment and open areas for personal workouts or stretching. Several incredible Top notch personnel trainers that really know their business & care about their clients. Bathrooms are located both downstairs and upstairs. Upstairs has a large roomy group fitness room with lots of great classes, the ac is cool nice and even lots of fans overhead, a ballet bar and fun instructors. There’s a dedicated spin class room, more cardio equipment, a karate area with heavy boxing bags and gloves for everyone’s use. Full locker rooms with lockers, showers and dry saunas in both the men’s & women’s. Also, theres a full service spa upstairs! Including Several highly recommended massage therapists. You can have facials and other services with a full line of skin care services available from very knowledgeable skin care professionals. So many membership options from easy 1-day passes to annual memberships. Just come for one day and check it out. You’ll want to join. We are so lucky to have this place.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is the best! Clean, people are friendly and just a comfortable feeling place! First off, I’ve never really had an exercise routine in my life!! Now, in my “older” age, I really need to move in order to avoid stiffness in my aging joints! So, I joined a few months ago, I tried many of the classes and FINALLY found my favorite routine!!! Drums Alive with Sue!! It’s addicting, I can’t miss! Sue is one of the best, it’s fun and great music, her routine is like no other!!! I have checked you tube drums alive and nothing like it!! You can move as fast or as slow as you need! So for those that want to exercise try this class! I have tons of energy, and notice a drastic difference in my waist and great feeling all around!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working out on & off for 30yrs this Gym is by far the best gym ever. I have been working out here for 5yrs and it's the cleanest, fully functional gym. Jim is always bringing in new equipment. We have all kinds of classes going on upstairs, we have a spa, & massages. The family feel you get here is the best part though. I love everyone here. Its very welcoming & safe. Kudos to all the employees, I love you all

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent facilities, great equipment. I'm 76, had lobectamy 5 months ago and was just sitting around getting older and fatter. My insurance offers silver sneakers so decided to try. Been going for a month now and seeing good results. What's really nice is while I'm not in the condition to do a great deal of streneous excersizes no one makes any jokes about it, everyone is very friendly and non judgemental. Great atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had Jamie Gundry as my personal trainer since 2013. She has a passion for fitness, good communication skills, and she motivates me to be in the best shape that I can. She is a certified professional with a great personality. She knows my strengths and weaknesses, and adjusts our workouts to reflect these. Her workouts are never mundane. She always targets areas that need improvement or strengthening. I am in the best shape possible thanks to her. I highly recommend Jamie.

She is a wonderful trainer!! She helped me come back from neck surgery sooner than expected!! The equipment is all top of the line.

A big plus for me is temperature checks and mandatory masks from 11am to 1 pm every day. Another big plus: excellent training and massage professionals have done me a world of good. Try ‘em and train better, feel better.

Experiencia fantástica: I'd rather give it a 4 1/2. Lots of machines but some are getting old and should be replaced. Has sauna. Lots of classes included in regular membership. Can't comment about price because I'm a senior and get silver sneakers for free.

Experiencia fantástica: Can down from Ontario Canada and stopped in to get a weeks pass. The staff here and professional and friendly. Lots of equipment for both carido and weight training. If you are used to using a piece of equipment chances are you will see it here. I have a membership at a major canadian fitness chain and that was I found. Very pleasant experience.
