Experiencia fantástica: I’ve belonged to many gyms over the years, and Ladies Super Fitness has by far been the best experience. The owner and trainers are always welcoming and helpful, the facility is very clean and well kept, and the personalized exercise programs are priceless. There’s a wide variety of equipment for stretching, strengthening, and cardio, so my workouts are never boring or monotonous. Because of all of this, I’m always excited to go to the gym and continue working on my mental and physical health. I highly recommend Ladies Super Fitness!

Experiencia fantástica: Encouraging atmosphere with amazing staff! I have been a member for over 3 years and I love it here. The operating hours can be difficult depending on your availabilities but I always make it a priority to find time to get in here. The environment is welcoming and affirming. I’ve never felt judged or uncomfortable in this space and I often felt that way at other gyms that were not ladies only so I absolutely love having a space that is solely for women. It’s a nonjudgmental and positive atmosphere full of staff and other members who genuinely care about each other and want to support each other on our goals!

Experiencia fantástica: I joined this gym not knowing what to do or how to do it and the moment I walked through the doors the employees / trainers made me feel very welcomed and I was given a tour of every machine and explained and demonstrated how to use all the equipment, “very clean facility” I had my membership paused / put on hold bc I had some health issues I was dealing with and they was very understanding and said they will add the months I’m not there @ the end .. I can’t wait to get back to a better me a healthier me ! I highly recommend this place , they are amazing and knowledgeable.they take safety precautions and health concerns seriously and genuinely care!

Experiencia fantástica: I was always scared to get a membership at a gym because when I’d go with family from a visitors pass, I’d feel very uncomfortable by the men and also very intimidated by the equipment. I got a tour for LSF and fell in love! They give you individual workout plans for your body goals, measure you monthly for progress so you stay motivated and they have an amazing environment. I love the women empowerment, it’s always super friendly and encouraging. I definitely recommend!!

They have changed my program many times to meet the needs of my body and schedule. And since I have started I have lost 100pounds, gained strength more mobility and endurance! There’s no other gym like this one! The trainers and environment are one of a kind. I also love seeing women of all ages, shapes and sizes. They will work with you where you are at!

Experiencia fantástica: I just started going to this gym and I LOVE IT! I have never been excited to work out until now. They help you develop a personalized fitness plan, which is so helpful. All of the employees are encouraging and supportive. The atmosphere is high energy and intense, but I feel so comfortable being there at the same time. Aubrey has been wonderful!! She is very supportive, but also pushes me. I HIGHLY recommend at least going in for an appointment. And if you do sign up, it will be worth every cent!

The owners Vanessa and Reidar are always there and making sure you are getting a great workout and having fun while you’re at it! I would HIGHLY recommend this gym to any all ladies. The trainers come in all shapes, sizes, and ages so it is very comforting when you come to a gym and can relate to the PT instead of being intimidated. Give this place a chance and you will NOT regret it!

The other trainers and the owners are SO welcoming and have been nothing short of amazing in how they treat me and each person that walks through their doors. The trainers are knowledgeable extremely friendly and always willing to lend a hand to help the member’s goals come true! The FITT factor is a great time with high energy and excitement in every class. The cardio gym really gets my heart pumping. I tell everyone about it and hope that I can get some of my family and friends to come on in!!!!! There is a wide variety of machines and free weights, and I never get bored with what they offer. I personally hate cardio but I love the FITT factor that they have!
