Experiencia fantástica: Great gym, great trainers. Been coming here for about 8 months. Courtney and his staff of trainers are really knowledgeable and nice. I wouldn't say the workouts are fun, because I'm not a crazy person who thinks dying from being out of shape is fun, but I keep going back, so that's gotta count for something, right? He also trains older people and does 1 on 1 training sessions. My mom has been going to him for post knee replacement surgery rehab. He's an actual Trainer, not just some guy who opened a crossfit box, so he knows what he's talking about. If you hate yourself and want to take it out on your body (That's what she said), this is the place!
