Experiencia fantástica: I went there for a 1 month trial, and for a crossfit sceptic, I loved how the coaches dealt with me being a poor unfit beginner. The schedule doesn't work out for me, other than that the coaches are just top notch and make the experience worth it.

Amber and Ben are great trainers and know how to gear you to a proper workout session every time. You can tell that they truly love what they do.
