Experiencia fantástica: cardio cinema is the killer, I watch new and old movies for "free" when working out. A ton of weights and equipment. Staff is helpful and always there to answer questions. Clean and light environment with less than a few "protein focused" body builders.

Experiencia fantástica: I want to recommend trainer, Eric Groger. He is excellent and targeting issues while continuing to work all areas. I have been working with his for 6 mos. and seeing great results.

Experiencia fantástica: I was prepared to join another neighborhood gym when I walked into this one, yet promised myself I'd look at 2-3 gyms before making a final decision. I expected a hard-sell, long contract. Instead, Cameron asked thoughtful questions and never pushed me to sign up for anything. I've used small neighborhood gyms in the past and wasn't drawn to the larger ones. As we talked, I realized that the big gym in front of me could feel cozy after all. I saw people of all shapes, sizes and ages doing their best. I felt comfortable. I signed up with no restrictive contract and the rates were very reasonable. Worked out today and I feel great. Magic happens when we don't sell others. We show up authentically to help them and they sell themselves. Great job.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean, friendly and a great selection of machines and classes. Try the Body Pump class; it will change your life...no lie. All of the teachers are great. CX Works class is great, too, and it's usually scheduled right before or after Pump, so it's easy to do both in a row and leave feel completely worked out.

Experiencia fantástica: I consider myself anti-gym, hate running on treadmills or stationary bikes, and believe the weight of your body is more than enough to lift and workout with (push ups, pull ups, etc.). But with the birth of my first child, I was inclined to consider a membership so that I could go during lunch instead of during my time with him after work. I am really glad that I did chose to get a membership here. The staff is helpful, friendly and professional, and the gym is well-kept and tidy. The manager, Seth, is especially courteous and amendable to individual needs and requests. It is a great place to workout, and be a part of; even if you still think gyms suck, :). Cheers!

Experiencia fantástica: Brandon Wright is an excellent trainer at the Bee Caves location. I had not worked out for many years and was not sure what I could do. He helped me get started and on the right track to become a more active, healthier person. Experiencia fantástica: I knew what I wanted in a gym and Gold's Gym was it. Dreaded the "sales pitch" but Cameron Jones was a suprise. Very knowledgable about everything fitness. Explained the contract, prices, amenities, and everything in the gym to my liking. Now I know I'm in the right place. Will refer friends from the "other" gym once their contract expires there. Great job!

Experiencia fantástica: Things I love about this gym: 1- Personal trainer Matt Mitchell rocks!! Makes me feel alive. 2- Price is really good and no contract makes it worry free. 3- People who work out there, are "moms", "dads", youngsters and no so youngsters, all there to work out and be healthy, each at their own pace. 4- Free Child care is large, clean and fun. My kids love it. 5- Location and hours make my life easy.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I love the gym. We love this gym. It has everything we need. Weights and more weights. I love the cardio cinema and we can all agree that dropping the kids off in the kids club for a few hours while they play with their friends makes everyone happy! Seth and the trainers are all accessible, knowledgeable and friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: Every since new management stepped in there is a SIGNIFICANT difference. The employees seem more comfortable and professional. Blonde lady had such a sour attitude to many paying members including an IFBB Pro guest I had visiting. We were just lifting weights, minding our business while being uncomfortably observed by an insecure woman making unfriendly eye contact and she never once spoke to us. Please keep this positive environment!

They care about the place, rearranged some things to make it more functional, and listen to any concerns we have with the gym. They are always looking to make the place better and that’s all you can ask for.

Experiencia fantástica: Hasn’t ever been uncomfortably busy, clean, good selection of equipment, and equipment is organized well, staff is always polite. Also there’s a McDonald’s right around the corner to test your will power when you leave.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff allowed us a free pass to try the facility. The multitude of equipment, accessories and the staff’s amazing attitudes made us sign up that same afternoon.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my favorite location in South Austin. The free weights can get a bit tight sometimes but there is such a wide variety of machines that it makes up for it. Good vibes here.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member of Golds for about 6 years now. I've reviewed several. This one is my favorite I've ever worked out at. it's not the biggest gym in town, but it's got all of the best equipment. The smith machines are smooth, and all the equipment if very well maintained. Distancing and sanitation guidelines are followed here a lot closer than other golds in town. My best part is being greeted by the front desk attendance when you walk in. You're acknowledged by name on the way in and on the way out. Rayne and the rest of the staff are super nice and awesome at their jobs. These people put themselves at risk working in a gym, and they show up everyday with a great attitude and a smile on their faces.. You can still see it even with a mask on, and that's really amazing !! Thanks Golds Gym Bee Cave, you guys are killing it

Experiencia fantástica: Golds fit is awesome here. Can't say enough good things. Adan, Blaine, and Michael are great and push you to the limit. Those are the only instructors that I have had so far. All have a different style, but they are all great. It's a great way to workout all parts of your body. I feel great after doing these classes for about a month now. Look forward to these everyday

Experiencia fantástica: THIS is the location to go to if you care about being safe right now. The employees generally care enough to say something, and most gym-goers are following guidelines well. Some do pass close, and a few lower their masks at a machine, but the Belterra location has more than half the attendees walking around not properly masked, or huffing on the aerobic machines in the CENTER of the floor with no mask on. This gym's layout keeps everybody spread enough that it already is safer. I know the parking lot looks a full often, but I believe this is my safest Gold's around.

I wish that they didn't constantly announce the same thing over and over and over using the intercom but I'm sure it's some kind of company policy. The people don't bother you and the place is clean. Working out with a mask on sucks but if you don't have a home gym what else are you gonna do?

Experiencia positiva: Good gym to work out at. Would’ve been nice to use a Crossfit rig but we weren’t allowed since I guess it’s for special classes only. The gym has a nice layout with the cardio machines on the second floor.

Experiencia fantástica: My go to gold's, usually pretty busy but enough space to get a workout in if you have alternative machines or exercises. The kid's club staff is great and my wife and I frequently bring our kids here to play.

Experiencia fantástica: Having had gym memberships in 4 countries over the past 10 years I'm psyched to have had Gold's Bee Caves as my gym for the last two. Seth does a great job as general manager as the staff is accessible, friendly, professional and dedicated to fitness. You can certainly tell they "drink their own kool-aid". My first year there I worked out on my own but in February I signed up for the Gold's Fit classes. Coaches Justin, Sherrie, Matt, and Mike have great attitudes and actively pursue continuing education which keeps the sessions dynamic, challenging, and intense while, at the same time, safe and enjoyable. There are things that could improve at the gym but nothing worth complaining about nor deducting a star over. Highly recommend!
