The facility is huge on the outside when you go inside It looks like its even more huge. Facility is very clean and well maintained. The workers are friendly and polite and very helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: The Staff are profession and friendly treat you like family. Tanya font & Lauren Landgrebe are very good at there profession and they listen offer the best help they can. I would recommended them in your weight loss plans.

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to tell you about how great your cardiology people at Dr. Talya Spivack office is. I was going to a Cardiologist for a long long time and my blood pressure was always very high I was tired going to Doctor after Doctor then some one recommended Dr. Kelly Paglione a super doctor and one who cares about her patients and I told her about my problems with my blood pressure and she recommended Dr. Talya Spivack to me. The very first time i went to Dr. Spivack office I was taken in by the closeness she has with her patients and caring and after I was done with my examination and I went out to pay my copay I was greeted by a charming young lady and was so kind I did not mind giving her my money. And then there is Amy she is as sweet as Dr. Spivack and told me what to do about my INR report and we had a problem trying to get the lab to call her with my report and it was a gong time getting it right but she was so kind and understanding and was so sweet through it all and I thank her. And there is the rest of the staff and one was as pleasant as that of Amyt and Dr. Spivack and a pleasure it is to bee able to go into a Doctors office and be greeted with a smile and know it is real. Oh yes the best part my blood pressure is the best it has been in over 25 years and my INR is always in range and I have the wholestaff to thank. Thomas Hines

From my first visit with Pete he listened to all my concerns and put my mind at ease! He made a plan that would help me get my quality of life back, and it is working! Experiencia fantástica: This place is insane as far as resources and order!! Definitely one of the best gyms in the area. Staff are nice and they have 1v1 programs to suit your specific needs as well as full access to the facility which is amazing and super clean.... Membership is slightly more than the average however it's worth every penny!

Experiencia fantástica: This location has everything. The gym is on the second floor. They offer prenatal yoga, classes, physical therapy, weightloss management, etc. Parking is adequate and it is very handicap accessible. The only down side, there is alot of traffic during rush hour and it may difficult to make the left turn or merge into traffic.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place. Its clean, lots of equipment you barely ever have to wait. Staff are friendly n helpful. The water therapy pool does winders for my back. They have a cute relaxing cafe as well. They have trainers as well. I am looking for someone to partner up with that can work around my odd schedule. Experiencia fantástica: I am going to to Dr Singer for the first time today. He was my cardiologist at the ER and while I was at the hospital and l liked him. He was very knowledgeable and had a nice bedside manner

Experiencia fantástica: I was only there once, but they were very nice and the small pool was very heated for physical therapy exercise.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent place to go for aqua therapy and staff was so polite. I wish I could have afforded a membership just for the heated pool because it helped my body very much with my MS pain. But of course insurance won’t pay for year round therapy like I need. I’m out of work now because of my MS fighting for disability and even with the help they offered financially at the center I just can’t afford $100 a month for it.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to this facility roughly 3 years ago. I was having a lot of pain and my Dr reccomend swim therapy. It is a beautiful place with friendly and helpful staffing and just very bright sunshine coming through all of the ceiling to floor windows. They have a very large built in heated pool with a jacuzzi and another smaller pool in the back area for more one on one therapy. I had a lot of one on one care in the beginning and if I can say my favorite thing about my physical therapist is that he was very patient, gentle and gave direction extremely well. I eventually moved up into the large pool and I felt very good and my therapist was excellent. I wished I could have continued but we all know insurance companies only give you so many sessions. That's another point, anyone can go there. You can join tomorrow and work out in there very nice gym and have access to the pool and locker rooms and other amenities they have to offer. I really suggest giving them a try, friendly staff, beautiful place so many little places to check out while your inside Go for it!!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent, low key, gym with a wide variety of equipment and pools. The staff is well trained and offers great classes and one-on-one sessions. The clientele includes lots of older people though there are serious body builders as well. There's also a sauna which is perfect during the winter.

Experiencia fantástica: A great fitness center! The pools are awesome from a lap pool to a warmer exercise pool to a warm therapy pool. Then you can finish up with a nice hot tub!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff... interactive equipment clean lots of classes from yoga and meditation, drums, aqua aerobics Zumba etc Free weights Daycare which is awesome and goes up to 10 or 11 Basketball court They offer reasonably priced food and a quiet area to eat or read.
