Experiencia fantástica: Front desk people are rude and there have been multiple complaints. It is not nice to be treated poorly when you are paying for a service. I hope management starts paying attention to the multiple reviews of Front Desk. Upper gym does not have wheelchair access so if you use a walker or wheel chair, you won’t be able to use the upper level gym unfortunately. Update: Big kudos to administration/owner for following up on issues brought up. Greatly appreciate it. Good gym overall if not the best in town!

Experiencia fantástica: A little old office building feeling but somehow it works and stands out compared when compared with the modern chains. The staff is very helpful. There’s never a wait for equipment. Everything is clean and in good shape. Can’t beat having a pool, basketball courts, tennis, and racquetball in addition to all the fitness equipment you could want. Even a spot to have a beer or smoothie. I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I only came into town for 2 weeks to visit my in laws with my wife and son. This was the place that was recommended by my mother in law who also has a membership. I gotta say this was the nicest/cleanest gym I’ve seen in a while, great staff , great daycare for my son, great equipment just overall a great experience with this gym highly recommended if your in the area.

Affordable childcare and there's plenty of parking. The Tribe program is a great option that's open to members and non-members. There's also a huge outdoor water park open to non-members. This place has it all!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here off and on for over 20 years and love it! The staff are super friendly and attentive, the place is always clean and constantly being upgraded. It's a little more than you'd pay at a franchise club but we'll worth it. It's a club, not a gym! The large workout areas are filled with multiple machines, benches and weights. Even when it's busy it doesn't feel crowded and there's never a wait for equipment. I love the indoor lap pool and the outdoor pool is great for families and kids. Indoor Tennis, Raquetball and basketball are great for rainy days and they have a wide variety of classes.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to this gym for about 8 years now ,and love this gym,this afternoon, I've noticed my 3 favorites elliptical .macine have signs for sale, and mostly that's what I'm using mostly at the gym i hope it doesn't get sold!! I'm pretty sure uncomfortable machines are going to be replaced with!

Experiencia fantástica: Great for professional couples and families. It has a decent-sized pool, loads of tennis courts, and a plenty of machines and weight equipment. It's key features are the saunas, the squash court, and vertical jump training. This place is decked out.

Experiencia fantástica: This athletic club is really nice, there's a smoothie bar, pool, saunas, various sport courts, various classes, hot tubs, and so much more. They are reasonably priced and they are great about keeping things clean.

Experiencia fantástica: We joined about 8 months ago. They have been helpful and so polite. We have a grand child visit in the summer and are easily able to add her while she is here and take her off with a very reasonable fee. Our two youngest children love the water park and have never cried being dropped off at the daycare. The swim instructors are great with children and patience. They have come along so well in their lessons. The cost for the family is well worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely family friendly club, with amenities not available at other locations. I love having a reserved locker, large locker rooms with TVs and the ability to work out in a safe and welcoming environment. There is a very positive gym culture and my kids love coming in for family time, as well as the ability for my older one to work out with me, which many clubs don’t allow. I anticipate having great fun with the summer outside water space. I’ve also really enjoyed working with one of their trainers, Tommy, who is stellar and invested in my success. I believe he’s an example of what their staff exemplifies. In my experience with other gyms/clubs, I’ve never felt as welcome and had as many great conversations with other members and staff as at Cascade.

Experiencia fantástica: We just recently joined - but so far we LOVE it! This was the ONLY gym close to us that had anything fun for our almost 8yr old to do. During family gym hours we can play racquetball, basketball, use the pool, etc. They also have an AMAZING kids gym at night from 4-7PM. The kids club is also wonderful - not just a room with a few toys. The classes are amazing, and all the equipment is brand new (at least that is how it appears). I am so happy we looked at several gyms - sometimes it is worth the extra money to go somewhere that has so much to offer. Can't wait until this summer with the water park!

Recently, people seem to be giving one star ratings because the gym opened its doors, mind you gyms in every county except Multnomah has been and still is open. If the spike in new cases was bad, the whole state should have been shut down. I'll donate to this gym should the state try to fine it.

Experiencia fantástica: Joined this Cascade about a week ago and am LOVING it. I can easily stay for 3 hours! You can play racquetball without a reservation and if you don't own a racquet, just leave an ID at the desk and you are good to go! I've been in at all different times and the weight room is never busy-YAY. Everyone I've spoken to so far has been super helpful and nice. The locker room, showers, sauna are always clean! So far, it's great! Can't wait for the outdoor pool to open! The only thing I am not a huge fan of is the price BUT it's worth it. We have so much to take advantage of and we DO! Love it. I'll update after we've been coming for awhile :)

Experiencia fantástica: Gym is never crowded, staff is great. They have all the equipment you would need and unlike other Gyms they are attentive to fixing any problems with equipment. Need advice on a good stretch for a muscle cramp - just ask - they help you on the spot! Also the place is kept clean so you can focus on doing you!

Experiencia fantástica: Clean and well equipped club. Friendly staff and members. I appreciate the many classes and activities they offer. Pickleball meets 3 times a week. Great group of people! They have a comfortable atmosphere where all are welcome and have a place. All abilities are welcome.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. Been going here for about 8 years and haven't had any issues at all. The free classes are the best perk about this gym. The staff is always super helpful and friendly as well which is a plus. The outside pool area during the summer is perfect for kids also. My son loves it!

Experiencia fantástica: My son and I recently joined the CAC and we love it. He enjoys the kids zone and making new friends (the girls who work in there are great with all the kids). I love that I get a little me time and I know my son is in good hands. We enjoy a delicious smoothie after almost every workout. The folks there both members and employees are so nice. The other night my son wanted to watch a racquetball game and he cheered them on - when they were finished he greeted them with "good job" and they gifted him their game ball. There is so much there we have yet to check out/utilize and we are both excited to do so. He especially loves the pool... he cannot wait to join swim lessons. The facility is clean, more then enough equipment for everyone - even at the busiest of times. I dont feel crowded or watched.. We found a nice community and I am excited for our family to spend many many years there! Thanks you CAC for being so great! :)

Experiencia fantástica: This place is older but I just love it. They just upgraded the machines and fixed up the pool. But the thing I like the best is the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Definitely not a meat head gym or a meat market. Great family place.

Cardio, weights, racketball, tennis, swimming, fun classes, great childcare with sweet teachers, and more!! Their saunas and hottubs are amazing! Every employee is very friendly and willing to help you. Locker room is large and clean. I just love this place!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member for a few months now. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Love the variety of classes and love that my 10 year old daughter can also participate in the classes. No other club that I know of is so family friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: The past 2 months we have been enjoying new and fresh health options. We have found this place to be helpful, friendly and even great for my grandson. Also, while it may seem more than other clubs, the amenities and classes more than make up the value we find.

Experiencia fantástica: We love CAC. The staff are friendly. They make it a point to remember your name and greet you at each visit and upon your departure. Clean club. The personal trainers are there for you even during non-training times.

Experiencia fantástica: Very large facility in Gresham offers a wide variety of workout options and classes. Locker rooms are huge and equipped with sauna, hot tub, showers, lockers, scales, hair dryers and bathrooms. Group classes go all day so it’s convenient to work out before or after work. Lots of machines so there’s little to no waiting. Staff is great!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym. Have never had a issue getting on equipment. Granted, the cost is higher than the "mob" gyms but knowing that we can easily get our workout in without fighting the "crowd" offsets that for me. Not everybody loves working out, so having to wait just makes it more unpleasant.

My kids love to go, especially my 7 year old who goes to their kidfit class every week, while mom enjoys some "me time". The staff is great as well, super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym in Gresham and have to say it's not just because of the excellent staff. They try to keep things super clean and I was even told they have a cleaning service that comes every night. I see the female customer service staff in the women's restroom all the time cleaning windows/mirrors wiping down handles and replacing amenities etc. Every time there is an issue of something that has been broken or needs something updated or replaced, I have noticed, they're always super quick to have it serviced and back in order. In the six months I've been here the women's hot tub has been serviced and repaired, the wet community sauna and spa have both needed service and within days were back in order. With as many people coming in and out of this place I can imagine things get used quite a bit so for them to be repaired and back in order as quickly as they are has been impressive.

Experiencia fantástica: So so chiill hereI I've been to quite a few clubs and I'd have to say this is the best one I have been to over all it has everything my favorite the steam room and everything is new and updated check it out for yourself must say I'm very impressed with this place I was quite shocked how long it's been there and how big it was and I recently only just seen it LOL and I thought I've been everywhere in Portland really decent prices new equipment nice people and even during their busiest times the place is pretty much free to yourself sometimes the only thing I didn't really think about was on the inside where the pool is people like to take their little kids and let them play in the hot tub which I'm not too very fond of what I'm trying to relax and kids are screaming that's why I go there to get away from that and relax then I guess a little bit older crowd of kids maybe around 10 11 12 13 something like that they were the next young kids in there and they were talking with some of the dirtiest mouth I've ever probably heard ever and their parents were sitting just right there their parents were putting a blind eye to it and then got up and left their kids there to bother everyone there and if I was to add one more negative or bad thing which there isn't many at all but there's so many good things I don't even have enough room for that so I highly recommend this place but there is this box next to the showers where you take your shorts and swimsuit put it in there it's been to clean really nice and cool and great well come to find out if you're in one of the six hours right at that spot you're the one that gets all the dirty water from the purses swimwear right to your feet in your shower stall how convenient you think it would even go anywhere near there I can believe it even a guy that has been there for many many years who work there didn't know it was like that I pointed it out to him You thinking about joining I would highly recommend it's a really great deal I think I'm paying around 60 something dollars per month with no contract if anybody's feeling generous go ahead and tell them that (Charlie C. 1983) Gave you a recommendation and they will give me a little Point bonus I would more than appreciate that thank you so much for reading my review and don't forget my name it's really easy all you got to do is just tell him and they'll write it and I get some points for doing the review and u signing up! Experiencia fantástica: Family oriented atmosphere. Clean and simple. All ages. In the past I have had memberships with 24hr, LA fitness, and Chuze fitness (San Diego). Good gyms but not great. I believe what helps make a great gym and even a great business is to be locally owned. Simple. Being in touch with your community and networking within that community (big or small) helps you understand what your customers wants and needs are. I recently moved to Gresham and hopped online to see what gyms where in my area. I called around to the 3 big franchise gyms and all they wanted to do was sell sell sell over the phone. I then called Cascade Athletic Club in Gresham and spoke with Chris Hart who the Membership Director. I was very pleased. I mentioned I would be in within an hour or two. He first sat down with me and we discussed what the gym has to offer. I was a little shocked when I saw $65 per month. It wasn't until after the tour I complete understood; men's sauna, cold plunge (tub), jacuzzi in men's locker room, plenty of open lockers, not to mention extremely clean, co-Ed steam room, salt water pool, small indoor track, free yoga classes, new spin bike, a lounge, healthy foods bar, and crisp cold drinking fountains everywhere, a must need. Along with the tour around the gym he shinned some light on the owners, who own and operate the 4 gyms in the surrounding Portland area. He mentioned they stop in frequently as well! It's always a plus when you know the staff and they know you! I love when the staff members don't have to try or go the "extra mile" to build a relationship. It's natural here and it's shown. Hats off to the owners, the entire staff and Chris at the Cascade Athletic Club in Gresham. I plan on being a long term member. Experiencia fantástica: Just became a member ! But, so far we love this place . So many amenities, staff is great, tuns of group activities and group sports. Outdoor water park is amazing during the summer. Good for the whole family but also segregated times so it's not always overrun with kids

Experiencia fantástica: Due to work I was unable to continue going to this gym and ended up cancelling my membership. There was a little miscommunication with whether I would owe additional money. Long story short, when I sat down with the managers and spoke to them about this issue, they were every polite and courteous. We came to an amenable agreement and the manager was very understanding. Great costumer service and solid facilities. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

The staff seems to care about making it a place that is a good and comfortable place to go. We just signed up with Quincy for personal training and he is awesome. He seems to know what he is talking about and genuinely wants to help us improve. Enjoying it!
