O’Malley’s Gym

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to O’malleys for the last six months and I’ll never leave. This gym is super intimidating at first but after pushing through I’ve hit more goals than I have anywhere else. I travel for work and when I have to visit other gyms it reminds me how special this one is.

Experiencia fantástica: O'Malley's is quickly becoming a northwest bodybuilding mecca. Offering a multitude of machines, cables and free weights for those that want to transform their physical appearance. From posing practice to competition pictures on the wall, O'Malley's drips with motivation and encouragement. And for those that have no desire to compete; there's a place here for you as well. If you are ever in the Troutdale area, make this gym a must stop.

It can be a little daunting at first when pretty much everyone there looks like Kratos and can deadlift an 18 wheeler, but it’s really inspiring to see the work being put in by people who are serious about their goals. Every human weapon I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with has been helpful and encouraging. With so many powerlifters and body builders calling O’Malley’s home, there’s a wealth of knowledge if you need guidance. You can see people achieving here, whether they compete or are just smashing personal goals. They consistently bring in new equipment - and they’ll post tutorials on their insta, which is super helpful. Members have 24 hour access, which is great for working out with a chaotic schedule. They also have a great selection of supplements they are very knowledgeable about (and their sweatshirts are the best and softest).

Experiencia fantástica: Meat-head special: All the equipment you could ask for (and some you wouldn't). With 24 hour access to member's, this gym is far superior to LA Fitness, 24 Hour and most definitely Planet Fitness or Crunch. Don't go in the evening, unless you want to surrounded by kids that got dropped off by their mom's lol

Experiencia fantástica: 1st time training in O'Malleys in 3 years when they opened their doors and I was amazed on all the unique equipment. I never wanted to leave but I can only sweat so much before I cramp to the floor. #newmemeber

Experiencia fantástica: Man I dont want to have this gym get more packed out of selfishness. But I love the place and I feel the owners deserve the best reviews. This is the most old school type gym I've been to. It's a powerlifter, bodybuilder, and overall strength training gym experience. It can get crowded during most daytime hours just like any corporate gym. But with the 24 hour pass which a is moderately priced one time expense you can get in when the equipment is more available. The price per month is great. They have a good selection of supplements and other goodies in the office store. I hope that they continue to thrive and maybe even expand if the means become available or necessary.

Experiencia fantástica: Just signed up here with my roommate because it’s the closest gym to us and we loved the vibe. We aren’t body builders just regular people with our own personal fitness goals but felt super welcomed here. The sign up process was super quick and easy compared to other gyms, which we loved! The atmosphere is awesome and super motivating to be in, initially we were intimidated by the insane amount of body builders in the gym, but that intimidation quickly diminished because everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They also have a lot of great equipment that you won’t find at other gyms around. We’re really stoked to be apart of this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been training here since the day they opened. The atmosphere is great for bodybuilders, powerlifters or anyone that takes their training seriously. They have equipment you won’t find at any gym in the area. (Special deadlift bars, variety of Arsenal Strength machines, heavy duty chains, chalk bin, etc...) The supplement shop carries quality products at prices that are affordable and are cheaper than some major online retailers. The owners and staff are terrific! Very friendly and they keep the gym clean and well maintained.

Experiencia fantástica: This is hands down the best gym not only in the Portland area but the whole NW. You won’t find a better atmosphere for competitive bodybuilders, powerlifters, or just average joe gym goer. The equipment is all new and state of the art.
