Experiencia fantástica: Great venue for intense lower body workouts.. Barbell Olympic plates.. Dumbells in excess of 110lbs.. Not too many muscle heads to cause over-crowding for the most part.. all around a blue collar; decent place to get a pump.

Experiencia fantástica: My favorite gym in el Centro! Very friendly, kind staff. Place is always clean. Lots of great equipment and different workout rooms. Pool is nice. Basketball court etc. As a women I have never felt uncomfortable working out here!

Experiencia fantástica: From a Silver Sneakers couple, I V Fitness is an awesome place to go for your fitness & get your exercise routine in. Lots of machines in different rooms, & having your own personal trainer motivates us & gives expert direction on which machines to use for the change ups in our routines & also how to properly use them without injury. The facilities have always been clean, and love their staff! Staff always courteous, forthcoming on how they can help anyone at any time. Thank you I V Fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym, the pool is great, the only heated pool in the area, perfect for laps. Spinning and Yoga classes are great also, the equipment and exercise areas are always clean and weights are organized. My favorite part has to be the staff, always friendly and welcoming! I think this gym offers a lot, go and get a tour or a day pass to check it out!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome..It's not only a gym, It is a fitness club. Junior passes available and only $25 a month. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, facilities are clean( jacuzzi, sauna and pool) and Monday through Friday hours are perfect! Day Pass is only $10 and you can use anything! Pickle Ball is pretty Kool Too, my girls love it!
