Experiencia fantástica: My colleagues and I were in town from Denver for a few days and stopped in to blast a workout at BLOCKCF. This place is pretty awesome. Huge space with lots of airflow and top notch Rogue equipment. The owner Joe was there and he is a cool guy. Great workout and really cool clientele.... We'll make it a visit every time we come out now.

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down one of the coolest boxes we've dropped in at. Came into town for the weekend from AZ and decided to check them out. There's absolutely nothing bad I can say about it.. From the coaching to the programming.... or facility to its members.. everything about Block was welcoming and accommodating. I would 100% recommend dropping in if you're in the area.. or even going out of your way if you're not.. it really is that good. Thanks for the good times y'all.. We'll catch ya on the next trip out here!!

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in for some classes while in Redlands for a weekend. The facility is very nice and the workouts are challenging but fun. Coach Joe and the 6am class were very welcoming and friendly as well! I will make sure to return every time I’m back in the area. Thanks y’all!

Experiencia fantástica: Great Place! Great People! My wife and I were drop in guests for a week as we were traveling to visit our son. We were treated like valued members and had great workouts every day. Joe and his coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The equipment is top quality and the gym is very clean and well-organized. If I lived in the area, this would be my gym.

The workout will kick your butt every time and you'll be ready to come back for more. Friday evening bbq is the best. You'll make tons of friends and they become your family.
