Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to VNGCE for almost a year now and I really love this place. The programming is challenging and effective. My endurance and strength have both improved significantly since coming here. The coaches are incredibly helpful! They continually help me work on my personal goals and make corrections to better my form. And most of all, the community is awesome! Whether you’re new to CrossFit or have been doing it for years, you’ll be a better athlete coming here.

The people and camaraderie here makes us come back and offers friendly and competitive environment to train. The workouts are great! the members and coaches are very friendly so you get motivated to go back everyday. So happy to be part of VNGCE family

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve attended a lot of crossfit boxes, but Vngce by far has exceeded my experiences at all of the local boxes. Between the varied, interesting and challenging programming to the attentive coaching (yes actually coaching!) to the community and of course, the fantastic facility. I’ve never been To a box where members get so much individual attention - it’s very refreshing. the facility is immaculately clean, all aspects of crossfit get attention/ whether you like to lift heavy, do Olympic lifting or long cardio based chippers- it s never the same old thing. chad is a breath of fresh air as a coach who is still excited about crossfit, cares about every member and is interested in helping all athletes reach their goal and is not afraid to push athletes to even surpass themselves.
