The people that go workout are also very friendly and don't make you feel out of place. I love the perks you get with memberships also. They also do fun activities throughout the months. Experiencia fantástica: I went for a foot detox and Joana was there to help me get set up. She was very sweet and detailed with what the service would entail. She was very busy helping several other people at the same time and she handled it like a pro. She was so polite to everyone and managed it without being stressed. After my treatment was over I asked for a tour of the facility and she was more than happy to show me all the services they offer. I’m really excited to start one of their membership programs and I wanted to thank Joana for making me feel at home.

The fact that they have encompassed the whole Idea of wellness with the Mind, Body studio is amazing. Staff members, trainers, I love them all. The people here genuinely care about your well being. Experiencia fantástica: Where do I begin! I haven’t had a gym membership in a long time, but a friend told me about classes here. My very first time I went I was introduced to the instructor, Jamie and she made me feel so welcome. She talked me through what to expect from the class and checked in with me after. I tried another class where Patti was also very welcoming and had the best energy. I have consistently been going to classes for a few months now and people in the classes/front staff are so friendly&welcoming and also know me by name. There are so many classes to choose from, you will never get bored. I can honestly say this gym has changed my life and I get very excited to go! Thank you Elevate!

Experiencia fantástica: Been going to the group fitness classes for about 6 months and have LOVED it. Group fitness has never been my thing, I typically like to workout with my headphones and just get it done. But the comradery is palpable and I was welcomed right away. The instructors really care about your safety and will help adjust your form in a very non-judgemental and gentle way and are just so encouraging. I don’t see myself changing to another gym for a LONG time

I had a knee surgery 6 months ago that still left me in pain, so as I walked I guarded that knee which in turn caused ankle and foot pain and swelling. I did the detox foot soak in hopes I would feel better and I was starting a new eating program as well. Well I felt tons better and noticed my foot and ankle weren’t hurting either. All the swelling was gone after 1 foot detox soak! It’s been 3 weeks and still no pain or swelling even though I found out I need knee replacement. Even that pain isn’t like it was. I will make the detox soak part of my maintenance routine monthly! So pleased with all my services at Elevate Mind Body Studio! Arnie Kendall

I’ve been attending all the different fitness classes and they have been terrific. There is a great variety of classes. Also, I put my 17 yr old daughter on my account and $20 a month for her is fantastic. The 24 hr gym is simple, but I’m not interested in that. The spa side is wonderful. I wish I could try all the wellness equipment- so far I have relaxed in the ones I’ve tried. They did give me a free weeks pass which I enjoyed and then I joined.

Experiencia fantástica: Anyone out there feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed? That’s me everyday! But yesterday I tried FLOAT THERAPY for the first time and it was the most relaxing thing I have ever done! It’s in a epson salt bath-cacoon, 60 min session; you float like a cork. Ever muscle in my body relaxed and I was able to melt all the tension out of my body. I felt like jello all afternoon and evening, slept like a baby! I’m even breathing easier because my diaphragm and all the muscles around my lungs are relaxed. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to release stress and tension from their body. I bought an “Escape Pass” from Elevate Mind & Body Studio here in Nampa and it basically lets you try 1 of almost all of their services, including the float. I‘ve enjoyed the relaxing feeling from everything I’ve tried at the studio so far, and I’m seriously considering getting a membership. The studio is super clean and very aesthetically pleasing. The staff have all been very kind and patient. Just an overall gorgeous studio with a very relaxing atmosphere!

Experiencia fantástica: I have cancer that has blew out my L3 and L4 in my spine, and has caused lesions in my shoulder and head 3 rounds of radiation and a round of chemo. This place has not only helped me physically in feeling for my body in healing but, emotionally, and mentally. This place saved me. Cancer doesn't stop once you have it, it's always lingering in the back of your mind, it seems to strip the foundation of what you were living your life by. Elevate has allowed the opportunity to strip that fear, and taking the fear away from the unknown, provides a light in the darkest cave. I have another abnormality that appeared. I am scared yes but I am grateful that I will have this facility as well as the amazing people to help me take this on. Truly blessed for EVERYTHING you people do thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: I primarily use this gym for the Elite Group Training. I have been working out 3 times a week for years here. Kyle is a great trainer with balanced workouts. He is very motivating and fun as a trainer. I love how he works with people of all abilities, sizes and shapes to tailor each workout individually. Try this class. You will begin a long lasting "love/hate" relationship with your workouts.
