Experiencia fantástica: Shrec's is awesome. Lance is great, all the members are nice and friendly, and they have this family/tribe atmosphere that's immediately welcoming. They make everyone feel like they belong. I love it there. It's so much better than LA or 24 Hour or Fitness Connection. It would be worth driving a fair distance for, but thankfully I don't have to when I train there.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I workout here 3 days a week. There is group training which is conducted and monitored by a certified trainer. We have been doing this training for the past 6 years and we both love it. Its a mix of heavy weight training and circuit training. Members can choose which suits them best or train on their own. This is a no frills gym, but very laid back, and lots of good people.
