Experiencia fantástica: They have the best group fitness classes and instructors in the area and they are the only ones who offer childcare while you workout. Since the new owners have taken over, the gym has been improving and its very clean compared to other gyms that I have been to!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym since there are staff present at all times, instead of being given a key and going when no one can help you if there's any issue. Friendly staff, with a "daycare" to watch kids which is nice. Good assortment of equipment & classes. Chiropractor & massage therapist there are great too! Clean facility. Would recommend, especially if you're looking to avoid the big name corporation gyms--you get what you pay for!!

Great atmosphere. I love going there's every visit. Not to mention, a world class Chiropractor on site to adjust you and help you maintain your quality of life and pursue your goals.

Experiencia fantástica: BHF offers alot that most other gyms and "fitness" establishments do not. You can train on the latest and best equipment, play a game of racquetball, participate in one of the many classes, (Zumba, plyo, yoga, etc..), get a massage or a chiropractic service, tan, use the sauna, hit the heavy bag....there's just alot to do there. It's clean and you don't seem to get the ego there. They even iffer silver sneakers!

Experiencia fantástica: I like the classes that are included in with the price of membership. The weight room is kept in order as are the treadmills and other machines. The mens locker room needs some new lighting but it is still in good condition
