I am part of the YMCA family now for more than 5 years and I totally love it. My Kids love the day care. The staff is super nice. My boys are always excited to come to YMCA.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is bright, clean, and safe. The teachers are amazing. The phone app is extremely easy and useful. I go away after my workout feeling recharged and ready for my day.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I enjoy the various way for me to exercise at the Y. I especially like the classes such as Silver Sneaker Circuit and Functional fitness. During the winter it is the best way to get a brisk mile walk to keep fit.

Experiencia fantástica: I really can't say enough good about the Burnsville YMCA. From the time you enter the building, until you leave, the staff is so welcoming. The people coming to work out are also friendly and respectful. It is clean and well laid out. I've never been disappointed in the instructors or the classes. Working out is something I have to force myself to do many times, but I always leave feeling so much better mentally and physically. I've been a member of the Y for about 40 years, and have attended many Y's. This one is my favorite, and lucky for me, closest to my house.

Experiencia fantástica: This YMCA is super nice. The staff is really good and the programs they offer are excellent. Had a great workout here. They have a good selection of classes for everyone. My mom and aunts enjoy the senior citizens classes.

Experiencia fantástica: An amazing community asset. The new kid care shade for the playground was a good investment. I don't feel like this is a fancy or exclusive gym, but it is what we need here for these times- a place where we can get fit and focus on our health and community. Swimming lessons are very inexpensive compared to the gift our kids learned. We haven't gone in-person since March, but we keep our membership going to support this great place.

Experiencia fantástica: Lots of different machines, there is always at least one machine open. Clean work areas and large locker rooms. Most exercise machines can connect to the YMCA app to track workouts.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff. There was an issue with my membership and no one from member services was on staff late on a Sunday. Front desk staff helped me out and took care of what I needed eventhough she easily could have asked me to come back the next day. Clean building and plesant work-out experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm 70. Just became a member. Went there the environment was friendly. It offered whatever your heart's desire with the help you need to get started to a healthy exercise program at your own pace. Looking forward to getting this body in better shape.

Experiencia fantástica: Always very clean when i visit for pool therapy.. The dressing rooms and showers are kept up to my standard. Let the janitor's know there doing a great job and i personally appreciate it. What i have learned is everyone so quick to complain but when u get good service hardly hear back from them. A compliment goes a long way. So for all the employees and volunteers and cleaners excellent job.. THANK YOU.

Experiencia fantástica: Offer pool exercise class for individuals with MS (or similar.) Excellent! Offered 2 x's /week, Tuesday & Thursday mornings, 9:00am - 10:45am. Great group!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful people behind the front desk. Excercise equipment is always clean and theres a nice track that circles around it. I haven't tried any of the classes that they offer, but my grandma has and she loved it! They also have a swimming pool with a kiddie pool for children.

Experiencia fantástica: Huge jicuzii, about 10-12 people. Pleasant atmosphere. Always body guards present. Lovely place to get some swim and soak in sauna.

Experiencia fantástica: All of the people I have seen there are responsible when using equipment and are good at cleaning up. They also have a wide variety of activities there as well.

Experiencia fantástica: We only went to the pool as guests, but the pool was great. Shallow side for non-swimmers, deeper side for swimmers, and separate Lanes for swimming laps. Hot tub for those over age 15, and sauna too. Plenty of lifeguards around. Family changing rooms as well as male and female, with lockers. Water noodles for everyone to use. We had a great time!

Experiencia fantástica: I started off participating in the water exercise classes. Eventually I started doing my own thing in the open swim pool area. More room to move freely. Then I started to use the equipment upstairs to strengthen my knee. I had a total knee replacement and being advised by my physical therapist, started doing exercises to strengthen my hip, leg, and knee. I'm finally free from using a cane! PTL! I was swimming 3 times a week and the other 2 days working out for about 45-1 hour on the equipment. I ride the bicycle for 30 minutes. I had to buy padded bike shorts cuz the seat was killing my butt. That has helped. So far interacting with all the staff, they are All very friendly, courteous,and professional. I found out their secret why there's alot of seniors that attend...Medicare pays for their membership. And soon I will enjoy that benefit! Yay! I signed up for a class too recently and am looking forward to that.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are welcoming from the front door to upstairs. If you would like to be part of a community the Y is a great place to start. The mornings are gauranteed coffee and conversation with someone. I enjoy bringing my young kids and hanging out in the lobby with the Silver Sneaker crowd and seeing them smile at the girls and vice versa!

Experiencia fantástica: I love our YMCA! Friendly staff, great facility, a variety of classes and activities! I believe day passes ARE available for those who wish to try it out. We were offered some when we went to get our membership but we declined them because we had already decided to join. Burnsville is lucky to have this great community asset!

Experiencia fantástica: Don't pay any mind to Khalid Mohamed, he is just salty because he got kicked for 6 months. He tried to fight and in the process caused harm to one of the members. He tried to trespass to get in after being kicked out, but the friendly YMCA staff weren't having none of that.
