Experiencia fantástica: I’m posting as a trainer at Ethos, not a client, but still think this will be helpful! I’ve been training and coaching classes at Ethos for a few years now after trying my hand at multiple local facilities and I must say — it is unparalleled. Joey, the owner, truly cares for the well-being of his team in a way I had never experienced before. He operates from a place of honesty and integrity, support and kindness. You can tell a lot from a fitness studio by the trainer/coach retention rate — are employees constantly leaving and new people being hired only to burn out fast? Yes? HUGE red flag. The team at Ethos has literally been here since day one and everyone is thriving. Because we are all well paid, listened to, and in charge of our own clientele, we’re all happy and still able to be passionate about fitness in the way we were when we got started. This speaks volumes. While I can’t give the perspective of our massage clients, group fitness attendees, or 1:1 training peeps I CAN say that were a happy team and we value the people who walk through our doors immensely. We take great pride in offering high quality services and we’re pretty damn happy here. I feel particularly grateful to have had the guts to leave previous gyms until I found one (this one!) that makes sure staff is taken care of so we can take care of our community better.
