Experiencia fantástica: How many gyms can you be a member of and the owners know you by NAME? And, they genuinely care about how your training program is going. The members at Urban Fitness aren't trying to compete with each other or judge. They are supportive and very welcoming to new members :)

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working out at this gym since 2010 and have enjoyed every visit I've had. The staff is very friendly, being greeted upon entrance and exit of the facility. When I first joined I got 2 free workouts with a trainer, which were more educational than challenging, and just recently I learned that I am entitled to a monthly re-evaluation session with a trainer just because I'm a member. The price is unbeatable, especially compared to any other gym in the area, and since I've joined I've added both my father and brother to my account for only $22 a month. I have never noticed any filth or dirt on the equipment or in the men's locker room, but that may be because I'm too busy working out to inspect all corners of the gym or check under all the equipment. As long as you have $30 in your account each month for your monthly dues, I never have a problem with billing or collections, and if I ever have a question regarding my account, I always talk to the receptionist in person to make sure there is proper communication and understanding between the two of us.Overall this place has a good atmosphere to it where I don't feel like I am being criticized or judged. I would recommend to try it out for yourself if you are looking for a gym. Good place for people that are there to get results and leave the critic role to the movie critics.

The group classes are a great workout. The instructors are knowledgeable & provide guidance to all ages & levels of fitness. Urban Fitness is my home away from home & members have become my family!

Experiencia fantástica: I have belonged to several gyms but for a small town they are doing the best job. They are really making an effort to cater to the members. The new general manager, Brian, is making a difference from cleanliness to organization. It is more than a gym. It is an athletic club. If you are looking for a place to get a good workout and more, this is the place. Check it out. You will be pleased at what you see.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Urban for many years. The owners, managers and trainers are really into helping everyone and go out of their way to help members. The members are also really nice and easy going. There have been many updates and upgrades to keep improving the facility. Urban also offers many classes for all levels of fitness and goals.

Experiencia fantástica: This is such an amazing gym. The hours are amazing. From 5 in the morning to 9:30 at night totally leaves room for an gym visit at your ease and pace in your day. I really love that this gym has an dry sauna. Especially since my lungs hurt from wet saunas. The staff are really kind and responsive as well as responsible. I appreciate the added bonus of the 2 free training sessions that they include. It helps to kind of have someone give you the feel and knowledge of what you need to do in the gym. In Overall, this is an amazing gym with great price rates and wonderful people. I am very avidly recommending the Urban Fitness Gym to anyone who has interest in going.

Experiencia positiva: It has potential but the weights are rusty and dirty. Bring a shirt you don't care about because it will get stains on it. Watch you account. They have a tendency to randomly pull from your account.

Experiencia fantástica: Lots of equipment to choose from, I like using the sauna after a workout, I pay 30 a month which is quite reasonable. You can workout with your bag next to you unlike other places and grunt lol. Lots of experienced lifters and newbies so you see alot of different techniques. Basically has everything I need, been coming here for years.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. Day pass was super reasonable, and the gym itself had everything I needed, plus great ambient lighting. Experiencia fantástica: The first gym I ever went to! I’ve tried other gyms and so far this one has been the best one. I love how friendly and welcoming people are. I also really enjoy the music they play, it really puts out a good and positive energy. I try to get a workout here as much as I can (since I live out of town) and I always enjoy it! This one is definitely my #1!

I checked out a few other fitness centers in town and they weren't even a close second. Urban Fitness and Health is where it is happening.

Experiencia fantástica: Visited Washington State for a week to see my fiancé and his family for the holidays. Was very pleased that Urban fitness provided me a week pass while I was visiting! It was a great facility with a very friendly staff ! I felt like I had access to a variety of equipment which was great for my workouts! Will be coming back for further visits in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym that I have been to, I love the selection of weights that you can get here. It doesn’t matter if you are just a beginner or an experience lifter, you will perfectly fit in. The staff and the trainers there actually care about you. I didn’t get any personal training sessions at all but the trainers there they treated me just like their clients, which is one of the reasons that makes me stick to this club. If you are looking for some serious results, this is the perfect place for you.

For 30 bucks a month you get quality equipment and and plenty of it as I rarely wait for a machine or a bench. If you want to pursue training this place has the best group of trainers I've seen yet it's rare to find ones that aren't just selling, they actually know what they're doing

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this gym for ten years. It has recently changed ownership and moved to a new location very close to the old gym. It now has a more open concept space, exceptional services, the very best staff, fair trade coffee bar and an outstanding HIIT Lab like no other. My results are fantastic. 126 pound weight loss, under my BMI number and top muscle mass for my age and height. All the medical problems I suffered ten years ago are gone; pre-diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity to name a few. It is a place for every body type, shape and size.

It has everything you need- great weight lifting equipment, classes, and plenty of aerobic machines. It's affordable and always has parking. I have been at Urban Fitness for quite a few years and have no desire to change gyms.

I started my journey in late 2012 after a 28 year hiatus from the gym. I was undisciplined and had no real understanding of todays training methods. I took the plunge and worked diligently with an excellent trainer. In fact since then, I've worked with several excellent trainers, all of whom listened to my goals and tailored a routine specifically for my needs. My transformation was so remarkable that I actually won a fitness contest hosted by Urban earlier this year. The staff and ownership are extremely friendly, helpful and willing to answer any questions to enhance your fitness goals. The Les Mills free fitness classes allow you to work at your own level in an encouraging and supportive group environment. Urban provides the environment, education and assistance to accelerate your personal growth. It worked for me and it will work for you too! Update: The new facility is clean, bright and modern. Great use of space, and the equipment is arranged to maximize the the smaller footprint. The new HIIT Lab (High Intensity Interval Training) is a great addition to anyone who enjoys Cross-Fit or related strength/cardio routines. And the new Group-X room was designed to minimize external noise. Same great staff! Same great attitude! Fresh, new location! Urban Fitness and Health is clearly the leader in Skagit Valley.

Yazmin, Jasmin, or Jazmin (froont desk) always has a smile on her face and that right there motivates you! Urban Fitness is the best place to workout in Skagit Valley. No need for PIZZA in the gym like other places! LET"S GO URBAN!

Experiencia fantástica: What I love about Urban is the instructors! If you like a personal trainer effect , the shred classes are great! The instructors will push you to the extent that you wish to be pushed and add modifications for injuries. There is step and body pump as well, if you prefer more of a group element.

Experiencia fantástica: I don't usually write reviews but I left Urban Fitness tonight, sat in my car after a class called Shred and thought wow, I just did that. The name intimidated me, But decided to go with the encouragement from the front desk employee. I was quickly recognized as a new person to class and the instructor made me feel very welcomed and encouraged me to go at my own pace. I later found out she is an Owner. I joined over a year ago and read all the reviews about the club. I think unfortunately most people tend to write reviews when they have a bad experience then a good one. I see member after member using the club happy and getting results. I realize Urban might not be for everybody but it is for me and I am thankful for the staff the price and the welcoming attitude. Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. Lots of machines, friendly staff, music is not too loud. Lots of people there at times, but if you look at the graphs Google has on average number of people and dodge the peak hours, you rarely have to wait for anything. Can't beat the price.
