Experiencia fantástica: I am loving Crossfit Exclamation! I've done the Crossfit and Bootcamp classes, and they have both been awesome. I like that the workouts are scalable, so I never feel like I can't keep up since the moves are modified. The individual attention is what really sets this apart from other classes I've taken and workout videos I've done. It's also the cleanest and friendliest gym I've been to! I feel more energized and stronger since I started going. Five stars!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in during open gym hours a few times while visiting from out of town. Staff and members were very friendly, welcoming, and available if I had any questions. As someone that isn’t a big, buff dude, a safe gym is really important to me. Crossfit Exclamation was exactly what I was looking for. The only note is I wish there were safeties for the racks, but I’m not a Crossfitter and I garner that bailing is the norm in Crossfits. Otherwise, Crossfit Exclamation was a great fit and I plan on dropping in next time I’m in town

Experiencia fantástica: I attended as a supporter while my friend competed in an event at Crossfit Exclamation a couple years back and decided to compete in the Kiss My Barbell competition in summer 2022. The competition was clearly outlined and timing was on point! I ended up on the podium in second place in the Women's scaled 40-49 division and the swag was certainly generous (was not expecting it!) It was a great day!

A clean facility, great E-communication leading up to the comp, a welcoming and friendly staff, the event ran on time, they kept us informed and communicated requirements and movement standards in a clear and concise manner and good vibes all around from competitors! Experiencia fantástica: Stopped in at CFE as a guest on 02/10/20. I was working in the Burlington area and made arrangements to get a workout in that night. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. As a Crossfit member from another gym, I felt right at home and enjoyed a fantastic workout. I belong to Crossfit Echo in Ludlow, MA and CFE had the same atmosphere...no pressure, great staff trainers, welcoming members and good instruction. I highly recommend CFE if you're visiting the area and are a member elsewhere. You will not be dissapointed.

I’m never anxious about walking in, thinking I might not know anyone- the coaches really really connect with you! We work hard but we always have a lot of fun! An all around great community!

Experiencia fantástica: Trying to pick a gym is hard. Especially for something like CrossFit. I'm happy to have found CFE. The facility and equipment are top notch, classes are well attended, and the workouts are all doable by anybody at any fitness level. I joined about 5-6 months and with the help of the coaches have made tremendous progress in ability, confidence, and have met some very wonderful people who live in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: I received an email promoting a free week and it was near my work and I was looking for a structured way of getting in shape. It can be hard to stick to a workout routine on my own so I liked the idea of classes. I went and signed up. Everyone was very friendly and encouraging. I was a little worried about getting injured with a lot of lifting and they told me that there are always alternative exercises and that I should let them know anytime I didn't think i could do an exercise and they would give me something I could handle. After my free week, I decided to sign up and started going twice a week and gradually built up to 3 times a week. They are really good at teaching you the proper form for all of the exercises and it is really amazing how much you can lift without injuring yourself when you use good form. I've been going for almost 8 months now and am now going as often as 4 times a week. I really like the workouts and they have a good group of people there that make working out fun.

Experiencia positiva: I have never had a bad experience here! My first experience was volunteering to judge a competition. The owners welcomed me with open arms, and the members were as friendly as could be! I’ve also competed here and found the competition I participated in to be well organized and ton of fun. Unfortunately I haven’t had a chance to drop in for an every day wod, but with the good times I’ve had here, I can’t imagine it not being great! Big shout out to Lori who will make you feel right at home.

Experiencia positiva: The programming is amazing. It can be a challenge to people who have been doing CrossFit for years, but can be adjusted for every level! It’s great for everyone to be working on the same thing and be able to see people push themselves and achieve their goals. The staff and members are encouraging and there is a great sense of community!

Experiencia fantástica: Participated in the Summer Sizzler Masters comp this weekend and had such a great time at this box. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, the facility was great, clean and nice space, plenty of parking and restrooms. It was a well run comp and will definitely be back again for more.

Experiencia fantástica: Joined CrossFit Exclamation after relocating to Burlington, MA from RI about 5 months ago. CrossFit Exclamation is awesome! The coaches are great, WODs are always different, always challenging, great community, and the gym itself is in great shape. Something that I really appreciate is the focus in stretching and mobility, especially with Coach Lori's classes. Definitely not one of my strong suits, which is why I love the focus on it! The community here is awesome. They really made my wife and I feel welcome coming from out of state. CrossFit can be intimidating, but everyone at Exclamation is approachable, motivating, and friendly. Now we typically attend classes 4-5 times a week each, and have seen increasingly better results. If you're thinking about trying CrossFit or looking for a great box in Burlington, MA, come check out Exclamation!

Experiencia fantástica: I competed at CrossFit Exclamation once and will be competing again there in a few weeks. Lori runs the best competitions ever! You get three or four great workouts and the chance to meet a lot of very nice and very fit people. Her competitions are a great place to start if you have never competed before.

Experiencia fantástica: CFE is an excellent Crossfit gym! The entire staff is welcoming and encouraging. Lori, the owner of the gym, is a fantastic coach! I saw my sister compete in a competition and Lori was there cheering her on. Absolutely incredible gym! Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: In the area for work and as most CrossFitters are apt to do, decided to check out one of the local boxes. CFE was excellent! I’m so glad I dropped in for a couple classes while in town. Everyone was friendly, the box and facilities are clean and well organized, even spent some time chatting with Lori post-WOD. Can’t recommend this box enough and will be dropping in every time I come up for work.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to CFE as a walk-in while on a business trip to the Burlington Ma area. They were so welcoming and so energetic. CFE has great people at all fitness levels working together, you can totally feel all the love in the air. I am Strength and Conditioning athlete and coach and i can say my time at CFE was a positive experience all around.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently competed in CFE's Summer Sizzler Masters Comp. My first time ever being there. I can't say enough good things about it! First, the owners, members and staff were fantastic and so very helpful. They kept all registered athletes well informed before the comp. Second, the facility was clean and the equipment well maintained (we were even allowed to use the indoor bathroom facilities; you don't see many gyms allow that for competitions). Lastly, the comp ran on time - every heat went off as scheduled. They were well organized and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this CrossFit gym to others. They offer a variety of competitions throughout the year for all athletic abilities. I will certainly be back for another one!

Experiencia fantástica: Was over from the UK visiting family in the area needed a place to train found crossfit exclamation wasn't disappointed trained for about a week here mainly used the open gym timings however did go to a couple WOD classes jim was running had a great workout and Lori the owner couldn't be more helpful and when I'm back in the area il be training here again also be good to see how many other people made it on this around the world board thanks again

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough about this gym and everyone there! A friend of mine asked me if I wanted to do a class called couch to crossfit class with her. I've always said I wanted to get in better shape and had a gym membership that I never went to and always made an excuse why I couldn't go. So in October we started the class, we never tried anything like it and didn't know what to expect. Lori the owner did the evaluation on us and saw what we could do and what we needed to work on. After we finished the class I loved the whole hour and couldn't wait to go back. After we finished the beginner class we signed up and haven't looked back. And physically I am amazed at what I look like and continue to push myself to do. Lori,Jimmy,Michael and all the other coaches and everyone else are always there to push you and cheer you on to do better. This gym has become a part of my family

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym and all the people who work there. All the coaches are experts and are incredibly welcoming. The gym members are all incredibly friendly and welcoming too. The crossfit method is followed in the workouts, so you are getting a bonafide crossfit experience, but everything is customizable to where you are at in your fitness/strength training. This gym has become like my family because you know they truly care about you as a person and helping you succeed in your training goals. For beginners and advanced crossfitters alike, and everyone in between, this gym is for you.

Experiencia fantástica: I spent many years paying for gym memberships without actually ever achieving consistency. I'm now coming up on two years at Crossfit Exclamation and just passed 300 workouts and I love it! The facility, the equipment, the members, the coaches, and Lori, the owner, are all amazing. Crossfit has changed my life in a big way. It's a great mix of cardio, power lifting, olympic lifting, and competitiveness that keeps me coming back for more. If your hesitant about walking in like I was, don't wait any longer and come challenge me at the 6am class! I highly recommend Crossfit Exclamation!

Experiencia fantástica: I drop in here all the time when I am in Burlington on Business. Its within 10 minutes of all the major hotels in the area, has very convenient class times (early morning, lunch and evening) and has a great staff. The place is always spotless, has excellent well kept equipment and friendly members.

Programming is well planned and effective and can always be scaled for individuals. This is a huge space with great amenities and I look forward to coming here throughout the week.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a first time CrossFitter, and all of the coaches have been great right from the beginning. They are always willing to explain and demonstrate those movements you are not familiar with, come up with adaptations based on your ability, and push you through that last rep.
