In my opinion, having trained at varrious schools since 2006, Gracie Burlington is the most well rounded, professionally run school in the area and to my knowledge, the State. Programs range from kids grappeling, adult fundamentals to advanced adult classes as well as striking, competition class and many other options. With varrious opitions of class packages and class schedules to fot your needs and life style I could not give a higher recommendation of a location to train.
