Experiencia fantástica: Incredible gym, Matt gave a very detailed tour of his facility. His attention to detail with how and why he chose each and every piece in his gym gave a great first impression. I spent over three hours there using unique pieces I've never seen in my life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

If you’re a “bro” or someone who wants a fancy and very douchbag environment then Superfitness is just up the road. You’ll fit in perfect there. Everyone else, this is IT! Chalk, Chains, No A/C! The way it should be!

Experiencia fantástica: Kaijax is the best kept secret in Guilford/Alamance County. I am shocked the gym isn't packed! If you love weight training, this is the gym for you! Matt has done a great job putting the most diverse pieces of equipment assortments together in the area! For example, most other gyms in the burlington area are lucky to have 2 squat racks while Kaijax has 7! Great old-school atmosphere and a great gym. Versatile you can do powerlifting, athletic performance training, you-name-it. Come by and check it out!

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym around. No Frills, No Excuses, just a place to come in and get a solid workout in. No lines at the machines, nobody pushing you for a rack...plenty of weight and equipment to go around. If you are looking for a sauna or pool, look into a country club. If you want a serious gym to destroy a workout, then give KaiJax some serious consideration.

Amazing group of ladies that motivate and lift each other up! Zack motivates us and pushes but at same time Teaches! Gym has a great family feel !! All the Trainers are awesome.

Not crowded so you can always get your workout in. 24/7 so you can go workout whenever you want. And if there's anything on your mind, talk directly to the owner who's there all the time.
