Experiencia fantástica: I love it here so far. I’ve only been to one class but will continue going. I just wish there was someone who could answer their phone . I’ve called a few times with questions because I live all the way in Winston-Salem and no one ever answers the phone. I highly recommend it here though.

Experiencia fantástica: Hi I just started the pole level one classes and I already am here to give it a five stars solely due to the education and patience that is given to me, I have a disability that makes it hard for me to remember things amongst others & I am always treated with patience and kindness even whenever I ask how to do the same move five times, I recommended this to everybody I know and I would recommend this to anybody I know!, it’s great fitness in an amazing environment! (shout out to Jess for making my first class perfect and making me feel heard & encouraged it’s made me come back for many more)

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to 4 Pole Fitness classes so far (Intro, 2 Pole 1, and Strength and Conditioning - which kicked my tail!) and I am so thankful I have continued! I have already booked tons more classes for weeks in the future after going from the 4 class drop in package to the 6 month membership! I love that I can go and not just start getting in shape and getting some me time away from home (I spend all week in doors working), I love that I am making friends and have really joined an awesome community of amazing people! Everyone there, teachers and attendees, are so welcoming and polite and make me feel like I'm not alone. I appreciate that I can go and be myself while getting in shape and trying to build self love and confidence without feelings of judgment. AND the instructors make sure you are performing moves safely and comfortably along with teaching you everything you should know to do so. Everyone is always so encouraging and I feel so exhilarated everytime I leave! I can't wait to go back and keep learning!

You will find muscles you never knew existed! Much different than your usual workout and to me personally, wayyy more fun! Give it a try, you'll be so glad you did!

The space is always clean and the prices are great too! A great business to support! I drive 25 minutes one way to come to this studio specifically and it’s well worth it!
