Experiencia fantástica: I visited last week and did a class and it was sooo challenging but so fun! The ISI family is so encouraging and inspiring. I know it can be scary to go to a new gym, but everyone at ISI welcomed me with open arms and zero judgement. The coaches are able to modify any move to fit your needs and customize every workout! They keep you motivated and pumped up the entire hour. Such a great community and great atmosphere. The owner, Aeriel, is such a sweet and friendly person. Highly, highly recommend ISI to all of my friends and family! ❤️

It has been great for all levels of fitness and the staff and coaches are very engaged and push you to be the best you can (or want) to be! It's like a big happy family from ages 18 to how ever old you can be, all ethnic backgrounds, all sizes, and best yet...all smiles. I can't say enough about coach Carter and coach tyree, but all of the coaches are great. I just don't attend to workout, I go because I enjoy being part of such a wonderful atmosphere. # summer coming.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome place for HIIT, Circuit / Bootcamp style training and working out. The classes are upbeat, challenging & focus on different areas of the body so all muscle groups get worked out. The coaches push you to do your best but not as bad as cross-fit (use to be my old wokrouts). Really like the high fives & cold towels at the end to cool down :)

Facilities are well kept and clean, staff are encouraging, and the entire experience creates an inclusive positive community you won't find at other gyms. The 5am group is certainly an inspirational group that has helped me in my journey. Would certainly recommend giving this gym a shot!

From the first day everyone there showed an interest in me and my fitness goals and it felt genuine. The coaches know how to motivate to get the most out of you. The workout studio and equipment is new and modern. One negative is the locker area could be bigger. Highly recommend to give them a try.

They encourage you every day and even take the time to send you a message. The coach lead classes are exactly what I need!

Experiencia fantástica: Building a loving community within a local community. Very sanitary fitness facility, very professional and knowledgeable coaches and staff. Definitely not an ordinary gym, boot camp, or sports club. They utilize the same work outs as athletes, called A.B.T Training (Athletic Based Training)for all fitness levels. On-site there is a safe and secure kids area, in which they even offer a program for kids called A.B.T. KIDZ for ages 6-11. The energy at this facility is amazing, just like all the people that I have met there!

Experiencia positiva: ISI is excellent for people who are to take a fitness journey. At first, I was heavily active. They helped with my form and pushed me to stay consistent. Cons- old coaches left, cliques formed, constant judgment, frequent text messages such as “Where have you been?”, “When are you coming back?” the new head coach provides excessive pep talks. Life gets busy for people, and I feel they are not understanding. Another thing that one may add is that the new and former coaches are obsessed with heart rates. Your bpm going over 130 does not mean you are doing it right.

The facility is absolutely beautiful and constantly sanitized to make it a safe experience. You can easily follow your workouts due to the nice big screen TVs posting your workout as well. (It helps me not get lost) LOL The coaches truly pay attention to what you are doing and give you the encouragement you need! I can’t wait to become a better person with the help of ISI!

Experiencia fantástica: i absolutely love this place. i call this "my house of pain". the atmosphere is awesome. you never feel like you are alone even if you dont know anyone. the training that they provide is top notch and i would recommend ISI to anyone and everyone. this is where i go to get my mind right, my body in shape and to focus on my own sport. if you want a wonderful, friendly, CLEAN, place to train...come see us at ISI. they offer a wide variety of classes for every day of the week but sunday. they even have classes for kids.
