Experiencia fantástica: This place is solid for good hard workout that pushes you to the limits! The boxing + high intensity training combination will surely get your body fired up. I enjoyed my time in the classes during the fall (off season from my soccer games), and will surely return to condition myself this fall. Thanks Adam for running a fun and challenging class!

Experiencia fantástica: i love this place! and adam is a great, laid back teacher. there is a nice variety of boxing and circuit training including battle ropes and sometimes flipping a giant tire! bonus- the workout music is awesome :P good combo and present and throwback jams!

I shocked myself with how much I look forward to the next class. Adam has created a genius regiment that works well with these typically small classes. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Experiencia positiva: My 12 year old son works out here. I'm glad we found this spot. The owner is a good guy and makes his boot campers sweat! The other members are cool too - they all interact and seem to get along. Only reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because the place is on the small side and sometimes the classes can get packed; HOWEVER, Adam manages it well and members are able to tetris and make the space work whether they are standing or doing mat work (planks, push ups, abs, etc.) Only reason I don't join is because I'm already part of a program that I love.
