Experiencia fantástica: Coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. Found it a good place for all levels will definitely get in shape here beats a 24 hour fitness membership, Daniel is really friendly and a great guy and students are also nice people willing to help.

Experiencia negativa: I've been to this gym a few times It's a great gym with everything you need. There's a big white dude who's been trying to coach everyone every time. He acts like he is a coach. Even during training time, he hit hard. I thought he was the coach, but he's not. Real coaches have to control these people. If I go to this gym again, I won't go when he goes.

I was looking for a gym that would work with my husband's busy schedule, and not only is their customer service the best, but daniel will actually train with you one on one at a great price and caters your training to your specific needs! I have gone to a couple gym as well as my husband and so far this is the best and we won't be looking any further.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Defiant as an out of shape 27 year old that had never thrown a proper punch in his life. On top of this, I set an absolutely insane (and unwise!) personal goal of competing in an amateur MMA bout after just three months of training. Despite all these hurdles in my path, Daniel and the other students at Defiant were not only incredibly, encouraging along the way (even though they thought I was crazy!), but they would go out of their way to make sure I was as ready as one could be in such a short amount of time. The training was tough, the sparring even tougher, but I always left it feeling healthier, sharper, and craving more. And even though I ultimately lost my first fight, I stepped into the cage with a sense of confidence that would not have been possible without my time at Defiant. I'm grateful to have trained there, and I'm excited for whatever future fight adventures lie in my future with them. If you're looking for a place to get a good workout and hone your combat skills with a bunch of great men and women, this is THE place. No frills, no excess - just a great time and some good ol' slugfests.

Experiencia fantástica: More than a gym, it’s like a club... once you arrive you don’t want to leave. It’s hard work, everyone trains hard and fights hard but it’s great fun and even after boxing for 10+, I still found plenty more to learn from The head coach and everyone that trains there.

They offer multiple class times throughout the week and also have expanded to now have women's and kids classes. Daniel the owner is very knowledgeable, patient and creates a family atmosphere where everyone is willing to help new comers. I highly recommend Defiant gym to anyone that is looking to get real results while learning martial arts.
