I've call 15 times to reach Trent the manager but he is never in and won't return my calls. This is fraud and I'm going to the police

Experiencia fantástica: Started here at the top of the year, and I absolutely love it. Good people, clean machines and ample workout space with the floor and the studio up front. Great equipment, and the weights go high. Theres also a lot of fun different equipment for those looking for less traditional workouts. And I love that the large doors are always open near the boxing ring in the back— perfect airflow and no weird gym smell. This is a great gym for men and women alike. I feel safe here and happy to come multiple times a week.

Experiencia fantástica: I've only been a member for a few months but its not busy when I go. Its clean. There is plenty of cardio equipment. The staff has been nice and friendly. So far its great!

Experiencia negativa: My wife had a membership here. They not only lost the cancellation paperwork so she was billed another month but then they charged her a cancellation fee. She called several times to speak to the manager and somehow they were never in.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent independently run gym. It feels like a true neighborhood place. The owner is always listening to the needs of the members. classes are no cost to members. This is a rarity these days.

Experiencia negativa: Gym itself was fine, though definitely did not enforce Covid protocols when we were still in the thick of things. Wasn't too crowded during my visits. The real issue came when I cancelled my membership -- seems to be a recurring theme here. They charged my card repeatedly after the cancellation, and when I reached out to the billing company they use, I learned that Fitiquity had not actually notified them of my cancellation... despite repeatedly reassuring me they had done so. Huge headache, and they were not much help in fixing the problem they had created -- I tried called the gym multiple times to speak with someone who could make their mistake right. But I was given the runaround + told someone would call me back... only for them to either not call back at all or reach out days, sometimes weeks later. All in all, from cancellation date to everything being resolved was 2-3 months. Frustrating, and a waste of my time. Do not recommend.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT get a membership here, you WILL get robbed. Once they have your credit card information they will make fraudulent charges on your card. They say it's month to month but they will NOT let you cancel when you want and just keep charging your card. I already have legal action starting with these thieves.

Experiencia negativa: This place is a scam. I have been trying to get my refund for months now after my membership was already cancelled. I followed all the steps they said and yet they still keep charging me every month and every time I call, they tell me someone will call me back the next day.

Experiencia fantástica: My favorite gym to this day. I’ve been to may gyms in my day and by far this is my favorite. The temperature is always perfect. There is fresh air being circulated through the gym. You can literally feel the wind on your body. The staff is all great. They have all the equipment I need, and it’s never too crowded.

Experiencia negativa: There are so many things wrong with this place that I do not even know how to start :(. The machines are cheaply made and not taken care of properly. Leg Press machine is not oiled and makes unfortunate sounds :). Leg Extension machine is not adjustable. The padding on the machines is hard like a rock, painful for people with not enough body fat to compensate for that rock :). I saw people using a floor mat on the top of machines for additional padding - very inventive! Abductor/Adductor machine can not be used in Adductor mode because is does not line up knees with toes correctly which makes it prone to knee injuries. The classes get cancelled with no cancellation information on their website or FB. The class schedule is generic, by days of the week, but not for specific weeks where class cancellation could be posted. I found their class schedule being changed and classes being cancelled often. The only way to find out about it is to come the gym to an empty room with a written class cancellation note flapping taped to a room door. Cardio room is very hot with temps getting to 76 degrees without A/C but gets very cold when A/C is on - no golden middle. There is the ceiling fan there but no one in the gym knows how to turn the fan on. I could go on but you got the picture ... sad ... ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3/27/2022: This is the follow up to the reply from the gym asking me for my contact email/phone to get more details. Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome, especially in dealing with any apprehension due to the pandemic. They have a top-grade air cleaning system, high ceilings, and large window garage doors that they let up for additional air circulation. The staff is friendly and down to earth, bathrooms are clean, and classes are great. I especially like the spin classes and the stretch class offered Saturday mornings. If you want a gym that has good quality equipment, feels safe, and doesn’t have a corporate vibe that is trying to sell you on a service or product every five seconds, then this is your place.
