Experiencia fantástica: Coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. Found it a good place for all levels will definitely get in shape here beats a 24 hour fitness membership, Daniel is really friendly and a great guy and students are also nice people willing to help.

Experiencia negativa: I've been to this gym a few times It's a great gym with everything you need. There's a big white dude who's been trying to coach everyone every time. He acts like he is a coach. Even during training time, he hit hard. I thought he was the coach, but he's not. Real coaches have to control these people. If I go to this gym again, I won't go when he goes.

I was looking for a gym that would work with my husband's busy schedule, and not only is their customer service the best, but daniel will actually train with you one on one at a great price and caters your training to your specific needs! I have gone to a couple gym as well as my husband and so far this is the best and we won't be looking any further.

Experiencia fantástica: More than a gym, it’s like a club... once you arrive you don’t want to leave. It’s hard work, everyone trains hard and fights hard but it’s great fun and even after boxing for 10+, I still found plenty more to learn from The head coach and everyone that trains there.

They offer multiple class times throughout the week and also have expanded to now have women's and kids classes. Daniel the owner is very knowledgeable, patient and creates a family atmosphere where everyone is willing to help new comers. I highly recommend Defiant gym to anyone that is looking to get real results while learning martial arts.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym. Kru Daniel is very knowledgeable in Muay Thai and boxing and gives insightful tips to refine technique. Marcos is also great bringing his professional experience as a pro mma fighter into his classes. Jacobe has great experience as a kick boxer and can always help you become that little bit more precise and advanced in your standup game. Overall it's a great gym because more than anything, the guys and gals in there and everyone who trains there is really cool and everyone just cares about having good sessions and some fun along the way with no egos. Would definitely recommend it!!!! Abe
