It is also a great place to try all sorts of different workouts that are based around different themes. Want to do barbells? Done. Punching bag via "boss fight" classes? Done.

Very friendly and welcoming environment and very knowledgeable staff, made me feel like apart of the family from the moment I walked in! Highly recommend to any locals or anyone visiting the area that wants to get fit and geek out!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly very safe. They have geek art all over the walls the bathrooms have almost anything you'd need in a workout emergency. The coaches are super knowledgeable and they make the workouts something to look forward to rather than something to get through.
