Experiencia fantástica: Mad Dog Fitness is lowkey one of the best gyms in Bullhead. The vibe is solid and it actually feels like a real community, not just a random place to lift. The staff are super nice and welcoming. They genuinely care and are always down to help without making you feel dumb. The gym is clean, the equipment is solid, and the energy makes you want to train harder. If you are serious about getting better, this is the spot.

Experiencia negativa: My husband and I purchased a lifetime membership approximately 8 years ago. Pays in full on the spot when promotion was made . We paid $600 and were sure we have a lifetime membership as it was promised. Returning to the gym we found out our contract is not honored anymore. We were canceled without notification or any explanation. Contacting with the manager left a bitter taste: she was rude, and said we have to buy a new membership package.
Hey Natalia, unfortunately we are no longer the same company or legal business entity that came into that agreement with you. And the legal entity that entered into that agreement mislead you, the contract you signed says nothing about any life time free membership. It was a normal month to month membership that was marketed and promoted as “lifetime” but with nothing in the language of the contract that separates it from the normal month to month membership. I can understand your frustration with the previous ownership that they would resort to unscrupulous business practices. We can offer you a discount rate out of our understanding of your frustration with being mislead by the previous ownership. We would never resort to mislead any members by selling memberships that we know we will never live up to or fully honor.

Experiencia negativa: When cardio equipment goes down, it takes them months before fixing it. Even their Sauna benches wasn’t replaced until months later. Maddog does the minimum, but expect you to pay the maximum price. i.e charge you their high annual fee, even though you canceled membership over thirty days prior. Avoid this place if you can.
Hey Cornell, we sincerely apologize about your past experience! We understand your frustration with equipment not being fixed, the sauna being down, and billing concerns. But I am pleased to inform you that Mad Dogs is officially under new ownership, ownership that values the customer experience and are committed to making major improvements! We love this town, we love fitness and our mission is provide a fitness experience that this town deserves, but has never had! We just took over but one of the first things we’ve already done is replaced the entire sauna brand new top of the line equipment and are working on taking out all the replacing the entire interior with the highest quality material. We believe in providing value to our members, upgrading amenities , faster repair times, bringing in new and updating old equipment, transparent billing practices, and keeping our facilities as clean as a hospital. We hope that you will come in in the following months so then we can have a chance to earn back your business!
Experiencia negativa: Dirty, lots of broke.down equipment second hand equipment. Front desk just stares at the window weekend guy spends most of his time talking to his buddies. I bought a year membership, wish I had looked closer at the place before I committed.

Mad dogs had not been living up to its potential. Fortunately it is under new management and new ownership. We are committed to providing the fitness experience that you all deserve. We are working on bringing in a large variety of new equipment in the next few months, repairing everything and anything that is broken or a state of disarray, and replacing old and outdated equipment. We are very confident that you will be thrilled with the improvements in the next coming months, and look forward to earning back your trust and confidence!

Experiencia negativa: Huge scam....3 months didn't feel comfortable canceled my membership was repeatedly charged 99$ on my credit card which I declined to pay. When I spoke to the man on the phone he told me it was a late charge and annual fee. He said he'd send it to collectors and hung up on me.

I've reviewed our operating software that encompasses our membership base extensively. Are you sure you were a member at Mad Dog Fitness rather than another local club? We have 5600 members all in our database and I cannot locate any contact information for you? You may be referencing another local gym.

Experiencia positiva: It's a decent gym. I just wish they had round plates instead of the octagon ones and a place to deadlift. The gym also only has one free weight squat rack.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I were in town for a week. And needed a gym. We toured a few and found this one to be one the best in town. The staff and the ownership are very polite and helpful. We were able to get a 1 week membership. All of the machines and equipment were clean and in working order as well as the facilities. Ten out of ten wood visit again

Experiencia negativa: I have called numerous times and emailed to cancel my subscription over the last 4 years because myself and my husband relocated for the military and I have been told a couple times that it is cancelled and then I continue to get charged I do not understand why this is such an issue. Experiencia positiva: Facility is dirty, showers are filthy, equipment is old, and worn out. The hour and 45min I was there I only saw 1 person wiping equipment. MadDogs supplies paper towels and cleaners to wipe up after yourself, but the clientele just doesn't seem to do it. employees are nice and willing to help. Reasonable on pricing.

For us that are new to this city, it be nice to be able to find what they have on line. Son did say staff was nice and place looked clean and empty.

EOS and LVAC have nice clubs in Las Vegas.
The wellness center in Kingman is nice.
Lake Havasu has Titan Gym. It’s a nice club.

Experiencia fantástica: Been a member for years Love it there.. Always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff place is always clean.. They have plenty of equipment and also dry Sauna's Just don't pour water on the rocks cause people keep doing it one after another and it burns out the coils.. Then takes a while to replace the expensive parts.. And with the supply chain problems we may never get parts in a timely manner if at all Hit the walls with water if you want steam.. Incidentally only the dry Sauna effect removes Fluoride the dangerous halogen from the body for those among us whom are Purists.. The Sauna does deep pore cleaning and is the only one around Take care of it.. Anyhow i do recommend the gym.. Young or Old its a nice atmosphere and its always clean..

Experiencia negativa: Robert from mad dog fitness isn’t a good business owner. I’ve moved from the area and I payed my statement fees in cash every month. 8 Months later from not going to the gym at they decide to charge my card without notice but never have I ever been charged from my card when I used to workout there. I tried speaking to them and they said I can’t get my money back. When I moved out of the area and never been charged from my card.

Experiencia fantástica: Mad dog fitness is a top notch gym ,lots of cardio,classes, free weights ,machines and boxing room with speed bag and double ended bags and a speed bag great for getting into fighting shape. Check it out they accept silver sneakers and other benefit programs, great all around place.

No complaints whatsoever. Cardio Equipment: Plenty of equipment during rush hours 4-7PM Dumbbell's: There are plenty of weights and I believe they go up to 90 pounds Staff: Friendly and helpful, especially when I bug them to put my Yankees on the T.V. Recommendations: The gym should invest in towels and sell them for a reasonable price in case members forget their own. Enjoy!

They have lots of room to do your own exercises. They have a great child care area.The price is great . Oh and there's a nutrition one around the corner to get all your shakes and nutrition needs$$$
