Experiencia fantástica: High intensity work out with measurable results. I am advanced in years(that sums that up), lazy to boot as we all are, let's get real. However, recently during vacation I caught a glimpse of myself and being appalled I decided right then and there NO MORE! When I got back from vacation I visited the 9Round gym here at Town Center and spoke to Justin Barnes (managing partner/owner), after a 30 min consultation I knew this was what I was looking for, a concentrated, self monitoring and best thing, supervised routine that if coupled with a healthy eating lifestyle ends with pounds being lost. I started only one month ago (3 times a week M-W-F), I went from 237 lbs to today weighing in at 199 lbs! And I am not eating cotton, I am on a somewhat modified Ketto diet and not eating past 6:00pm, maybe some nuts or pork rinds if starving, but you can do it to! Like me, you will feel better about yourself, you will be more focused, have more energy, etc. Go to your local grocery store and pick up a 20lb bag of dog food and walk around with it for an hour, that's just how much extra weight feels, so get off your couch and come do 9 rounds, now!

Experiencia fantástica: It's a great total body workout in 30 min. Justin, the owner is fantastic along with his team. If you are unable to do a certain exercise (due to physical limitations) they will show you another one just as effective. They take an interest in each person who comes in.

Experiencia fantástica: I was passing through Town Center Suwanee today and I popped in to check out the place. I was greeted by owner Justin and ask if I would be interested in doing a class. I just so happened to have some workout clothes on so I took him up on this offer right then. It was one of the BEST 30 minute workouts I had in a long-time! I love their concept and the fact that they do not have set class schedules. You can literally come at anytime that is convenient for you and start a class. Pretty cool! If you are visiting Town Center Suwanee you should stop by and do a quick class. Highly Recommended!

Experiencia negativa: Be careful what you are signing for, especially 6, 12 month terms. For those month-to-month members who are thinking about cancelling the membership, REMEMBER, the notice should be made 30 days prior to your next payment. Otherwise, you would have to pay another full month fee. Liked the gym, but the cancellation process ruined my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent gym with dynamite owners and operators. Unique workout that changes everyday. 35 min of intense, heart pumping, calorie burning exercise.

I was upset that I would not be able to work out, but I reached out to the Suwanee location. The owner (Justin) did NOT hesitate to get me in. He told me not to worry and to jump in. Truly made me feel like it was my own gym. The trainers Jonah and Richie know their stuff. Kept me motivated and challenged me every day I was there. Best part of this gym is that I felt welcome. I was only there a week, but all 3 trainers still have me the same attention. Kudos !

Experiencia fantástica: I wish I had discovered kickboxing as exercise 5 years ago! I love the combination of weights/cardio/kickboxing that 9Round offers. My biggest hurdle for exercising was motivation, but it's pretty difficult to talk myself out of the gym when it only takes 30 minutes. But boy, it's a challenging 30 minutes. My heart rate stays up the whole time and Justin is wonderful at keeping your effort up throughout each round. By the time you get to the end of round 9, it's over before you know it! I think I finally found the exercise routine that's right for me!
