Experiencia negativa: This company continued to take money from my account after I cancelled my subscription. I called them multiple times to cancel my subscription leaving countless messages with no one returning my calls. They had no interest in returning my money. Make sure you request your bank to assist you with getting your money back, which they can do if the money was taken without your permission.

Experiencia fantástica: Redline and Coach Hawk are great. Hawk in particular, does a great job teaching kids, pushing and encouraging them to get the most of their work. Redline is a good setup, clean with solid use of space. Coach Jay and Zay are also good at training in other areas.

Experiencia fantástica: My teen son has been attending Redline for football training for the past few years. He had an ACL reconstruction in 2021, and Redline has continued to help him strengthen his leg and give him more athletic confidence.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a 12 yo girl and 10 yo boy that started coming here about 3 weeks ago. I that little time frame they both have increased strength, endurance and confidence. The staff here are wonderful to them and very understanding. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Both of my young athletes train here. They have a strict formula for "prehab", helping avoid common sports injuries. In addition, I have seen great strides in strength and speed from my kids' consistent involvement. The staff is amazingly friendly and the co-owner, Michelle, goes as far as to call us all by name. You can tell they care. This is not a cattle call, money grab, daycare workout gym like most. They specialize in most all sports and have talented, certified trainers to work with their clients. I can highly recommend!
