Experiencia negativa: We went to a free practice lesson, yesterday, Monday, today, Tuesday, I finished the negotiation based on the three-month plan with Jessica. the moment we finish the negotiation. She tells me that I have to sign the contract today so that it can be the agreed price between her and me. It was already 4:45 pm, and the lesson started at 5 pm, I sent my wife with my son. and when she arrived there was another person named Nick who apparently is the owner of that location. To make a long story short, the deal I made with Jessica, Mr. Nick did not accept it and I had to take the child out of the lesson. I just want you to keep in mind Mr. Nick that if you have a child. That hurts a lot as a father. I hope he doesn't do the same thing to another child again. and I want you to learn that in every business you don't always win. Make a Deal

Experiencia fantástica: D1 trainers were exactly what our son needesnfor his strength, speed and agility training. The time slots offered were very convenient for us. The staff is very courteous. My only complaint is the limit on their locations. We moved too far away and had to discontinue. If you're near one of their locations, definitely try them out.

Experiencia fantástica: My 12 year old is a softball pitcher. I called multiple facilities to get information about winter workouts. D1 Buford was professional, inviting and well organized. My daughter loves going, we can see the progress already. She asks to go almost every day we have time. I also enjoy the facility and area for parents to watch. We originally were only going to go to D1 in December and the beginning of January but we will continue going because of the amazing experience and progress!! 100% recommend for your athlete!!!

Experiencia fantástica: D1 Buford is unreal, i went here and was welcomed instantly by Marcela. She was super helpful and friendly and was always cheerful. The environment and people encourage you to push yourself always which is why I love it.. The equipment and facility was new and they had anything you could want in a gym and trainers that would help you reach your fitness goal. I will continue to go here.

Experiencia fantástica: We love D1! Our son trains here pretty much daily- his choice! He is currently in between sports seasons and D1 has been great to keep him in shape and improve his conditioning level. The coaches are all amazing and encouraging and the GM Jim is awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: I have my son, training in this place !! He loves it. He has a good coach. As parents we have seen a great help for my son, he plays soccer, and we can see now that he has more resistance and speed during his games.

I’ve always wanted to get a workout in but haven’t been able to because of childcare for my kiddos but this facility has children’s classes so that we can all workout at the same time as a family! The coaches and staff are so personable and knowledgeable so the environment is super comfortable for someone who is a beginner at working out like myself. (Also the facility is super clean which is a plus) 10/10 would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Was looking for a next step workout on my weightloss journey and came across D1. I love that they have strength and bootcamp classes to help towards my goals. The Coach Ryan & Coach Brent are great and attentive to make sure form is correct and they encourage me to give it a little more. Definitely a place I recommend for young athletes and adults.

Experiencia fantástica: I am in the 12 year old in the Devo program and D1 is a really amazing workout for me. They make me try my hardest and I have been working out there for 8 days. I have lost 6 pounds and gotten way more fit. I would recommend anyone that is willing to get more fit to try it out. I love the way they helped me out over this last week. They care for me, my health, they are like family to me and they make me feel amazing about myself. I love the feeling of knowing that! I have gotten better and better by working harder and harder.
