Experiencia fantástica: This place isn't a fitness studio, it's a family. From my first class, I've been made to feel so welcome! As they say, "You do you" in every class, so even though I have two left feet and am slow to react to instructions, I feel just fine stepping in this class or stretching in that one. In stretch class, leader Diana makes sure that she knows your limitations so she can suggest alternate moves for those who need a slower start. In Fit4Gold, leader Cat's personality makes the whole experience fun even for people like me who have never done class exercising before. Owner Gayle is so invested in the well-being of her clients -- she absolutely loves them all! In less than two months, I've gone from not being able to even lean forward on my arms or touch my legs below the knee to being so much more flexible that I can almost do all the moves in Stretch class! At this writing, there are four classes per day, no signup fees, and pay-as-you-go or monthly options. Best fitness dollars I've ever spent!

Experiencia fantástica: I attended my first class in December of 2020. I signed up that day for a 3 month membership. The instructors are incredible and they explain any moves that I don't understand. The women are beautiful and uplifting. Thank you Gayle for this amazing experience.

Experiencia fantástica: LOVE THEM. I am so grateful that a friend posted her dance class at this studio and I took a leap of faith! After the very first class, I was hooked. I love the instructors, fellow members and the all around chill vibe. It’s so nice to belong to a gym that really strives to help others and to root one another on! I go four times a week in person and when I’m on out of town, I can still do my workouts, because they offer FB live classes as well! It’s the BEST! It’s only $8 to drop in on a class and you will LOVE it. Brings you back to the “old days” of just dancing, laughing and hanging out while burning calories!!! (I burn up to 450 per class! WAY more exciting than walking!!!) ...LOVE MY FIT FRENZY FAM!!!

There is absolutely no intimidation and they are always helpful in making workouts tailored to your abilities. There is such a variety of members , young, old ,coordinated as well as those of us with limitations. This has been my favorite work out studio I have ever been to. You are always made to feel welcome and it has that personal touch . There are so many work outs to chose from . Give them a try it will be the best decision you can make for your health and well-being.

We workout have fun and encourage each other! Most of the instructors were students before becoming Fit Frenzy instructors. Fit Frenzy is like a second family. Check us out ! Experiencia fantástica: I joined Fit Frenzy Studio this week and have attended 2 Zumba classes so far! I LOVE the atmosphere, so many fabulous women! The teachers are excellent and I've had a blast in both classes. I can't wait to check out more of the classes, super pumped!! I highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a welcoming environment and want to work it!!
