Experiencia fantástica: My kids love training at Peak. They do weight lifting and speed and agility. The trainers work for their age/size and my boys love going. Sometimes we have to pull them out.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym for circuit style training. My wife has been going here for years and loves it. They also do a ton of athletic training for kids. We’re considering putting our 9 yr old son into an agility program here, and a ton of Buford HS athletes train here.

The encouragement from others and over community is truly special. I couldn’t ask to be a part of a better gym. I’m so thankful for Caleb, Kelly, and Aleksa- 3 people who are experienced, kind, and know what they’re doing!! I joined in June of 2023, and my only regret is that I didn’t find it sooner.

Experiencia fantástica: I started coming to peak strength and fitness almost 2 years ago. I never thought I would be able to do half of the things that I am able to do today as I have had 4 back surgeries, 2 of them were fusions. I was nervous to do a lot of the exercises at first but I was taught proper form and correct execution of an exercise before adding weight. they have an amazing coach and staff who know how to push you when you need it and also know how to modify workouts so you do not injure yourself. Also, This isn't just a gym it is a gym family that goes beyond just getting the workout done and going home. They really get to know you, have get togethers outside of the gym, have challenges that teach you better habits and also have more fun activities throughout the year. I am always excited to go to the gym because the workouts are challenging and different everyday. I am so grateful that I have found Peak strength and fitness and Caleb, Kelly and Aleska are the best around!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a Great gym. Lead by very knowledgeable coaches and staff who are extremely experienced in Olympic Weighlighting, strength training, and Crossfit. As an older participant - they know just the right combination of things to help me with mobility, range of motion, and numerous options for me to do.
