Experiencia fantástica: My name is Jack and I’ve been going here for more than a year and the guy I work with, alex is the best there is. I go to train speed, explosiveness, and mental toughness. Alex puts us through great workouts and always gets me better. The weight room is great and you can do all lifts. I would definitely recommend this place for all ages.

It also affects on how I play on the ice which makes me faster and stronger than other kids on the ice. They have great and very nice staff that will all ways be willing to make you better. Highly recommend if your trying to get fir or in shape

Experiencia fantástica: Superb place for Fitness, specially for kids. Adult it’s bit expensive but very good for kids.

Experiencia negativa: Not recommended for young kids. My kid joined the introduction to sports lessons. In the first lesson, a group of kids who look like family members join the class. They played together. My kid was 'out of their group'. Eventually, he was bored and didn't continue with the lesson. I believe if the teacher was paying more attention to him, especially at the beginning as he just started, he could continue with the classes.

Experiencia fantástica: My son workout at redline. He has developed to over all in his strength and his sports. Redline is a perfect place for both boys and girls to learn good form and speed. I highly recommend it for all the kids. Zach and Izabella are by far the best coaches. They personally get to know each kid and learn their strengths and weaknesses and help them grow!!!
