Experiencia negativa: rethinking my membership, I been at this gym for 2 years now and the AC air con dose not work it gets super hot in the gym feels just like a suna, i have come close to passing out. I dont know why they dont fix the AC or turn it up seems like they are trying to save on cost but if someone passas out from heat exhaustion it will be dangerous, other then that the staff is nice gym is good just wish they would fix the AC

Great assortment of machines and free weights, and a kettlebell rack. Staff is always willing to help and answer questions about anything. Very happy I found this gym and signed up!

Experiencia fantástica: So I was in town on business, and this was the only gym I could find that would give me a flat fee for a one month membership. The facility is great and the staff are helpful and kind. The gym is kept clean and there isn’t a long wait on machines or weights.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a little hesitant in joining a gym because I was always so used to taking classes, which I still would prefer. I joined towards the beginning of this year and ask Sean a ton of questions on how to get motivated and any workouts recommended for the day- definitely recommend it! I want to feel more confident and less intimidated in the weights area, especially. Slowly but surely! The staff is extremely welcoming, the machines are clean (people take care of the for sure), and very covid friendly!

Ask for Juane for workout advice or just life chats. This place really takes care of their customers and gives you that A++ quality experience! I highly recommend! Also they don't steal your money like the big name gyms do.

Experiencia positiva: Overall nice place and convenience but they need to try and replace some of the seldom used machines with more of the popular ones. They have one dedicated bench press rack for example that gets frustrating when you watch 1 person spend 45 minutes hogging it.

Experiencia negativa: So here's my issue with Avolve: The membership cost is high compared to an LA Fitness or Xsports. Yes its 24hours, but it is not worth $35 a month, and then the NON SENSE application fee. Next, their staff is sales driven, not knowledgeable in my opinion. Also caught one of there trainers teaching a client an unsafe Kettlebell exercise with poor form and execution. The place use to be Fitness Anytime, you had $10 a month or 24 a month for access to other gyms. Bring it back to that and we can be fine for what you offer.

Experiencia positiva: This gym is very convenient. Open all the time which is a huge plus. It is very lowkey, not a ton of people in here even at peak hours. Nobody bothers you when you are working out, not like planet fitness where you get kicked out for some noise. The staff are really good too. They are personable and always willing to help, even if they are off duty and working out themselves. Has most equipment, a little short on 45 plates, so if you have a monster using a lot, you might be lacking for a couple minutes, but other than that solid.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid Avolve in BG,They never tell the truth about the price, they say on a monthly basis and there are no obligations, and then they say no, you have to pay anyway, when the account is closed, they continue to charge money, rude in conversation, very negative experience, went for a year or more and only problems and loss of money ... Update today we got mail from collection that say we owe for Avolve fitnesse 76 dollars, looks like we go to court, stay away from this fitness!!! Today i got mark on credit history from Avolve fitness!Stay away i go to the court!

The reason I even give it three is because the community is great. This is all thanks to Juane who has the best customer service skills when compared to all the other gyms I've been to. Due to him, the community thrives and grows together. Without him, this gym would have none of this!

Experiencia negativa: Overall terrible service. I cancelled my membership months ago and when I was being charged I called the gym, the women I spoke with was the assistant manager and absolutely horrible. Told me I was “better off keeping my membership for the next year because she wasn’t going to refund me”. I have been fighting with their corporate office and my bank since July trying to get my money back. The office is no longer responding to emails, phone calls or anything. As the manager of a gym, I am disgusted by their practices. Stay away from this place.

Experiencia negativa: Careful, the general manager scams customers. Coming in the first time, I asked to lower the initial fee and she said there is no way to do so. The next day, I find out that there is a sale literally posted on their instagram that says 0 initiation. I disputed the charges and tried to cancel my membership and she said she couldn’t do that until I pay them the original 99$ fee. I then had them destroy my contract under threat of going to court and they’re still charging me.

I've been a member to big corporations such as bally's/La fitness but I'm over that high capacity crowd, Avolve is perfect, equipment is high end, great staff and they make sure they keep that friendly attitude. Glad they are open again..

Experiencia negativa: It's ok if you just come for the gym equipment. It's a small gym that wants to look like the bigger gyms. The locker rooms leave much to be desired. After 3 weeks of "renovating," they took out the only two hooks they had and removed the soap dispensers from the showers. This was two months ago and I know multiple people have talked with staff about this. There's little privacy for the shower area and half the locker rooms are right in front of the showers, so it's fairly common to step in or out of the shower and have someone standing nearby in full view. They don't have towels, not even paper towels in the locker room. And I have seen no evidence that they are cleaning the showers. I had hoped when Avolve took over they were going to truly upgrade the place. They just made it look a tad fancier while taking a few steps back. It's disappointing.

Experiencia negativa: Managers are always changing and is never consistent. There is a new manager every few months. They rebranded the gym but it's still the same as before. The bathrooms and equipment never get cleaned. Equipment is spread out. In addition, they started charging more a month but improved on nothing. The owner doesn't care about this location.
