Experiencia negativa: I bought a class pass my myself and my friend back in December. I called faithfully every week (sometimes twice a week) up until last week! It was nearly impossible to sign up for a class. I DM on IG, called/ texted the number online, and lastly messaged someone on FB. I finally got a response; the lady I spoke to apologized on behalf of her co workers for not responding to me. After speaking to her, no one ever returned my calls to register for a class. So unprofessional. My friend and I were really looking forward to taking a twerk class. But I guess not- I wouldn’t recommend anyone because apparently they only respond to certain customers... **Also the site is confusing because they have one location linked online and a different location in the email.. I wasted time going to both locations before I knew that I need to call before scheduling a class. Just very unorganized.

Experiencia negativa: Scam!! Very unorganized, my friend and I purchase the unlimited 1 month membership. The website was messed up we had to contact them to fix it. Then they changed locations after we signed up for a class so our class didn’t count. We were given an address that wasn’t to the right studio (the address wasn’t put in correctly in the email) and we just tried to re sign up for a class and the classes under our account we’re for last month so we couldn’t even go. We each lost $30, wouldn’t recommend.. scam

Experiencia negativa: TOTALLY AWFUL PLACE NEVER WILL GO AGAIN!!!! The only good teachers left and when I went there it was full of judgment and hate for today who were better or as good as the teachers. I left never they wouldn't refund my membership after they changed the schedule and removed the classes I was into. I do not recommend this place at all look up the trainer who left she does the best sessions and truly works with you too make sure you do things correctly and don't get hurt, she shows true passion and love for the craft and wants to share this joy with others GO TO HER SESSIONS AND NOT THIS PLACE

Experiencia fantástica: These guys are so much fun! I went to pole play and hated it. The owner is so rude. Here it's fun! I'm in love!!! And you get more for less. To have someone Cheer when you get a move is amazing! Please do yourself a favor and go here. In love!!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My Party was amazing. Only complaint is that I wanted the plus size instructor to teach but she wasn't available if we can request her next time that would be great. I thought the girl was great however (don't know her name) she was fun but we are big girls and really love that a plus size girls can teach us. My name is bunny and I will be back!!!

Experiencia negativa: This was one of the worst experiences with a small business in Buffalo I have ever had in my life. Never showed up for a scheduled bachelorette party, and never refunded our money (we had to dispute the charges with our credit card company). Then, weeks after the fact when trying to get a refund, they had the audacity to try to shift the blame on me stating that I had changed the date of the party several times. I had called, booked, paid for the party in one phone call. Just horribly unprofessional and unaccountable for any mistakes that were made. We made no demands for the missed appointment, we simply asked for a refund. I don't foresee this company lasting very long with the way it's run and treats potential new clients
