Experiencia fantástica: I get fulfillment from my workouts here. Kris is very knowledgeable and creates specific exercise plans for each of his clients. Also gives great meal planning tips and advice. I highly recommend him to anyone who loves fitness and wants to exert some energy!

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Kristopher for a year. Sessiions very reasonably priced. Challenging and effective workouts. Nutritional/dieting advice and plans coincided well with personalised fitness goals. Kristopher helped me achieve those goals and I was very satisfied. The program changed the way I looked, felt, and ate. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been working out at #KrisHollieFitness since December 2016. My starting weight- after three children, emergency surgery, hospitalizations, a life threatening infection and subsequent health problems- was 261 lb. I felt physically drained and exhausted. Every single day. I was ready for a change but feared that I couldn't afford it. Luckily, an introductory special posted on facebook led me to this company. Eight months later, working out with kris as my personal trainer two days per week, attending drop in classes when I could and following his nutrition advice, I reached 203lb and can shop in my favorite clothing stores again. I look better than I have in the past 2.5 years and feel amazing. I've been so thrilled with my results that I've invited and brought friends along for the journey. I tell everyone that asks "what have you been doing" about KHF! Overall, Kris has been flexible with my needs, physical limitations and schedule and that's why he'll keep my business! My favorite parts of the gym are a central location and that it is small and intimate. I never feel the intimidation/all eyes on me sensation that can come with large gyms. I have a bit to go to reach my fitness goals but I'll be glad to cross the finish line with KHF. See ya at class!
