They make the workouts challenging and also fun by always adding new exercises with a concentration on form which is what has really made a difference in my training and the results I’ve had. This ability to be innovative in designing my workouts with a concentration on form for various muscle groups has made a big difference. They are positive and motivating which has really helped me to go beyond what I thought was possible and they are always ready to work hard for best results. I recommend them highly, they have completely transformed my strength, agility, balance and fitness.

His group classes are not only smartly designed to target all the major muscle groups, but also incredibly creative and engaging. Every session feels fresh and well thought out, making it both challenging and enjoyable. My Oura Ring shows at times I can get into Zone 3 for sure but even Zone 4 of Target Heart Rate Zone!!! #WeWork! One of the things I value most is the strong sense of community Matt has fostered among the participants. The classes feel social, encouraging and motivating—something I look forward to each week. Matt’s energy, humor, and fun personality make every class fly by. He’s got THE BEST mixed music playlists and has even been known to break into song (no extra charge for the free concert!) which adds to the relaxed and super fun atmosphere. Beyond the fun, the results speak for themselves. By attending twice a week, I’ve noticed measurable changes including: increased lean muscle mass, a decrease in total body fat percentage, and most exciting of all—a significant reduction in visceral fat. Matt is a skilled, gifted trainer who makes fitness both effective and fun. I couldn’t recommend him more highly and plan to do some individual training with him as well. Thank you, Matt, for creating such a positive, results-driven, and truly enjoyable experience! I love these classes!!!

I was in search of a personal trainer who would show me correct forms and training, keeping in mind my injury, and help me gain knowledge to strengthen my muscles. I went to Jada Blitz with my concerns, looking for a personal trainer and I was connected with Matt as my trainer. Matt was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was incredibly attentive and listened to my needs. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and down-to-earth approach. He was very personable while maintaining a professional attitude. His training had lots of variety, keeping it engaging and productive! He guided me through every exercise to ensure posture is correct and the amount of each weight is safe for me. With his expertise he has definitely helped me achieve my fitness goal, my knee is much better now, I have gained knowledge about the dos and don’ts of workouts specific to my needs and nutrition knowledge; I feel stronger and have lost some weight too - all in just three months. On our last day, he went over all our workouts in detail so that I can note them down as I plan on continuing this journey on my own. I highly recommend him to anyone at any fitness level looking for a personal trainer! You will be amazed at your progress in a very short amount of time.

Experiencia fantástica: I loved this class so much! This is my first time doing a workout class after being sedentary and I’m so happy I did it. I got there a little late because of the traffic coming from work and was nervous about walking in. However upon getting inside I was met with such a welcoming environment from both the staff and the other class goers. My classmates were all super helpful and friendly. The instructor herself was so energetic. She took the time to introduce herself to me and even speak to me after regarding how I felt about the class. The instructor was so energetic and funny. Not only was everybody there a good vibe but it was a class full of all age ranges and abilities. They were so hospitable, provided eucalyptus towels post workout. Despite being late I definitely got a full workout and left class already sore. I will definitely be coming back and having this as my main gym!

Experiencia positiva: Jada Blitz used to be a great well kept up gym. The past few months there have been multiple machines broken. The men’s room has lately been disgusting. Trash bins overflowed, and no paper towels to wipe your hand dry. There are pins missing from a bunch of machines making them unusable. I have stuck with this gym for a few years and it was very well kept up. I hope there are some major changes soon.

Experiencia fantástica: Ever since moving from NYC, I’ve been searching for the perfect gym, and Jada Blitz has exceeded all my expectations! I’ve tried other gyms in Buffalo, but none compare when it comes to cleanliness, safety, and overall environment. The facility is always spotless, the equipment is well-maintained, and I feel completely comfortable working out here. The staff is friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is both motivating and welcoming. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this gym provides everything you need to succeed in your fitness journey. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Personally a terrible experience with their management team and complete lack of communication. While working out i had a full grown man yell at me and threaten to assault me for an issue he created, i informed the front desk and nothing was done. I had to call them, twice, just to speak with a manager. When I finally did she promised they would remove him from the gym because “my safety is a priority “. I was told that individual has had issues before at other gyms and they were aware. but he was not removed, I was told they were waiting until the owner came in, but no one contacted me to update anything. Simply put, communication is NOT their strong suit. All in all it is a good gym with dependable and clean equipment as well as nice amenities. But after being ignored, lied to, and see there was nothing done, i ended up canceling because I dont feel safe there.

There are two floors with multiple workout areas including an Arsenal Strength section, Life Fitness section, cardio area, and crossfit area. There are cleaning wipes located throughout the gym. They offer gym classes you can book via their app along with supplementary options such as personal trainers, nutritionists, physical therapy, and massage. There is a sauna in the locker room. The changing rooms offer lockers. However, you must bring your own combination lock. The showers come supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There are also feminine products available. At the entrance, they have a satellite store for Balenced Body Foods where you can purchase healthy prepackaged meals. There is also a Justin Draper and a Lulu Lemon shop for athletic wear.

Being able to have a gym membership and the ability to take a bunch of different classes for under $80 is amazing. Would recommend over and over again

Experiencia fantástica: I really love Jada Blitz! I started with personal training in 2022 and both trainers I worked with were super helpful and I was able to notice a difference in a month by going twice a week. Both trainers were challenging, but it made me comfortable to eventually do my own workouts without feeling intimidated. The gym is very clean. From the bathrooms to the equipment. And lastly, the staff is super friendly. As you walk in, everyone at the desk is always there to greet you with a smile and the trainers are informative and supportive throughout your fitness journey.

Experiencia positiva: Great facility. Will say it’s clean. However this is equivalent to a high school weight room. There’s 3 racks in the power room, and only one of them has adjustable safeties - the other 2 racks have had broken safeties for at least 6 months now. All of the barbells are bent (spin them without weight in the rack and you’ll see). To top it off, the only artist you’ll hear is drake. It’ll be so loud that even with your AirPods *on max volume* it won’t come close to drowning out the PA system. It’s very annoying if you’re a serious lifter or are trying to get in the “zone”. If you’re looking for a good beginner gym, border line social club, this is your spot. Good pre made meals ready to go, and preworkout on deck incase you forgot yours. Meh

Experiencia fantástica: For weight training this is one of the best-equipped gyms I have ever been to anywhere in the country. The quantity, quality and variety of machines and free weights are excellent. It does have the best cardio machines, which are Life Fitness, but the quantity of those is very limited, so I would imagine it could get crowded at times.

Experiencia fantástica: This is such a clean and well maintained gym. I’m an early riser and go to the gym before work which means I typically shower at the gym. This is hands down the nicest and cleanest locker room I’ve ever used. Jada supplies towels, hair dryers, GOOD products for showering- shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and vanities to get ready with. The little personal touches such as hair ties, q tips, tampons all make such a difference. I highly recommend Jada blitz fitness for this reason but also the amazing atmosphere.

Experiencia negativa: My girlfriend and I tried to cancel our membership and it took almost a week of back and forth to finally get them to cancel. The sale rep assured us that our memberships were cancelled, about 4 months later I realized I was still getting charged, but my girlfriends account was not. After calling and speaking to the manager I was told that I can not get a refund since I was never sent a cancelation form to sign and my girlfriend had signed one. This would've been acceptable to me except she was never sent a cancellation form of any kind, or any email confirming her account was cancelled. After bringing this to the attention of the manager I was met with condescending responses that hinted to the fact that I may be lying, when in reality what happened was the sales rep forged my girlfriend's signature and did not complete a cancellation form for me. This was extremely alarming to me and they continued to say she in fact was there in person and signed the document even though she was out of town the date sited on the signed form. I was hoping that given all this information they would be more than willing to refund me since this employee showed extreme incomitance and violated the policies the manager said must be followed. My girlfriend even called to confirm she never signed any form and she was met with a stonewall of saying she can't prove anything and there is nothing they can do about it. Overall this was a horrible experience and I don't recommend anyone locks themselves into a contract with this incompetent borderline law breaking gym. I would appreciate to have the chance to speak with the owner to discuss these issues as it seems they are being brushed of as a he said she said when it can be proved they violated their policies that are said to be followed so carefully.

Experiencia negativa: Do not recommend this place to anyone they are insanely disorganized and horrible at communication. My boyfriend and I wanted to cancel our membership earlier this year so we called and they stated we had to come in person to cancel. We went in person the same day and when we go there they stated the salesperson was gone and that we couldn’t cancel but they would take our names and numbers and have the salesperson call the next day to cancel over the phone. Several days later we had still not gotten a call so I called them and the guy said he would cancel them over the phone and I thought everything was settled. A few months later my boyfriend tells me that he checked his statements and that he is still being charged for his membership. We called to figure it out and they claimed it was impossible to cancel without signing a form however I never signed a form and my membership was canceled. They claimed I had signed a form however I have no record of ever recieving a form from them and was not even in town when I canceled my membership meaning one of their sales reps must have forged my signature which I would think goes against policy. They refused to give my partner a refund even though they messed up. Tried having it resolved with the manger of operations and called to say that it was impossible that that was my signature she said there was nothing she could do as there was no proof it was not my signature even though I told her I was out of the state at the time it was signed. Once she said there was nothing she could do I asked if she was going to look into the incident as clearly the salesperson broke policy causing this entire incident. She said she would not look into any disciplinary action and would just restate their policy. Overall horrible experience with their sales team and the operations manager.

Experiencia negativa: I Do not recommend this gym. They are money grabbers and if there is ever a mistake or misunderstanding, they are not understanding. Definitely go spend your money at a different gym, where the people are kinder and not greedy.

Experiencia negativa: Let me save you the headache, It's pricey and unkept. They advertise a clean female safe space, when in actuality I was receiving emails about break ins, in both the parking lot and lockers within a month of joining. Half the lights in girls locker room have been out for months, they are aware and still, darkness. My fav feature was the exposed rusty nails in the sauna that were sticking straight up till I physically moved the board myself weeks later. They clean the upstairs equipment once a year (just look at the collections of hair around them), and then when you realize what the place is they will attempt to charge you the highest cancelation fee I could even find in existence. Bonus points - the owner clipped everyone's lockers open, no email, no signs, threw personal items in trash bags, again, no communication. Fully intending to throw all those items in the trash, just on a whim. You should trust any company you sign a contract with. Knowing what I know now, I would not have joined this gym.

I travel for work and this is one of the better gyms I’ve been too. Large lobby if you need pre-made foods or apparel or your post swole shake. If you are in the area I would absolutely recommend getting in a swole here.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is everything I could have ever wanted under one roof. A section that sells the latest fitness clothes, a smoothie bar with supplement snd snack options. Pre-prepped meals and a special room with a service that you’ll have to come in and see. There are two full floors of state of the art equipment, sauna rooms and an outdoor workout space. There are many classes offered here, so don’t miss out on that. I didn’t want to load too many pictures because you really should come by and see it for yourself! The staff is nice, the prices for membership tiers are fair and the gym is spotless!

It’s awesome. The amount of services this gym offers is incredible. (Personal training, shake bar, lulu lemon, spray tanning, sauna... and much more!) Balanced body is also such a huge bonus they have added on as well. Needless to say, if you question it. Go experience this gym for yourselves. You won’t be disappointed!

Experiencia negativa: Alyssa was extremely helpful and very courteous! The music is extremely loud. I couldn't hear a phone call that was important. The inappropriate language on music was not appropriate when someone else's children were in waiting area. Needs some changes!!

Experiencia negativa: Our experience with Jada was lacking. My husband and I both signed up for personal training. We felt everything revolved more around money than our goals. We did not feel our trainers were in it with us and really dedicated to giving us the results we're after. It always felt like a job for them, going like clockwork; one customer comes in, the trainer gets him and leaves him exactly at the end of the half hour for the next customer and so on and so forth. We had no time to check in with our trainer or ask questions/for advice. I worked out with Justin Draper, Jada owner. I felt that he lacked basic managerial communication skills; knows one way and one way only, refuses to understands or cater to customer's asks/needs and continuously defensive. When we finally made the decision that Jada isn't for us, we called him and respectfully requested to terminate the contract; his response was surprisingly rude and unprofessional "I think this works better for both sides". Even dealing with his financial manager afterwards, she spoke with an attitude not caring to end on good terms as one would expect from a business. There was no regards or respect to the customer's feelings, if we had an issue they defended their way and kept moving not willing to make any changes. Overall I would not recommend it. Below are what we feel are the pros and cons for anyone interested in joining Jada. Pros: - The place - Nice and clean. Decent size to have a good set of equipment but NOT a gym. - Workouts - The workouts have a good mix of strength and cardio. - Nutrition bar available for a quick snack/meal after the workout. - Equipment - There are about 6 elliptical and 6 treadmills and one rowing machine for cardio and a good amount of strength machines. Cons: - Session: Sessions are only 30 minutes long. That compensates working out, breaks, any questions. - Nutritional Guidance: Nutrition must be purchased separately from training. No baseline/minimum nutrition requirements are provided. - Pricey - Considered pricey for what one is getting. ○ Training ($30-$35 but can make it higher or lower depending on the number of sessions you sign up for) ○ Body fat measurements/first one free, $35 per measurement after that ○ Nutrition is an additional $150 a month - Progress: ○ No baseline measurement is initially done unless requested ○ No periodic check in's to evaluate progress and make adjustments as needed ○ Each person is responsible for tracking their own progress and asking questions should they choose to - Communication ○ There is no time to for discussions or questions unless you're working out which is very difficult to do while lifting/cardio training. No time to talk after training because the next client is waiting and the trainer has to go, no time to talk before because the trainer is with his former client and you're waiting for him to finish so you can start. ○ Any questions will have to be sent over email. No face to face time outside of the working session. - Attention to goals ○ Structure - There is no structure to their programs in effort to cater to each individual's goals. Even when asked to provide one. Synergy - Lack of synergy with the trainer. It feels like a job and trainees are just paying customers. No feelings of excitement about the individual's workouts, no relation to their goals or motivation.

I started with the owner Justin as my personal trainer and within two months, I could clearly see a significant body transformation. He is personable, flexible, family-oriented and has an amazing work ethic. The focus on my personal goals, the motivation and the collaborative relationship was a definite help in me achieving my goals. I am now with Aubree who is so patient and encouraging. I recently started attending classes which have become a pertinent part of my weekly workout schedule (designed by Justin). I am a married mom of 5 who works full time so the hours are also very convenient. Justin's moto is, "The Will To Win Comes From Within" and I feel that everytime I walk through those doors.
