Experiencia negativa: I'm at this gym because it's close to my house, but I'm not happy with it, and I'm leaving this review as a request for improvements: the gym smells of sweat, the air conditioning doesn't cool and doesn't work as it should; there aren't enough cardio machines, only 4 or 5 ellipticals, for example; the bathrooms are horrible, small, dirty, and ugly, a place where it's impossible to take a shower comfortably. And don't say that nobody complains about what I've written because I've already read several comments here saying the same thing. I also think the organization of the equipment needs to be reviewed; they are not in order, leg and arm machines are mixed together, it's a mess to find anything there. For the price you charge, you should improve the quality of the gym, please.

Experiencia fantástica: Love it Love it Love it!!! Came here in Orlando for a visit and found this gym. I was amazed how organized and clean the place. 24 hours open and manned. They have pre-made meals and protein, pre work out and bcaa drinks in different brands. Great merchs too! They also have posing room with good lights. Work out equipments was a great playground for me and hubby. He loved all of it. We'll spaced and lit. Never seen new work out machines that actually existed. All in all amazing place for all those work out pips its a must visit!

The time frame you buy your day or week passes should be honored. Let your day pass be 24hrs & week be the whole 7 days! You are ripping people off, just saying. Fair is fair!

For those who, like me, take the sport seriously, this is the perfect place. The structure is impressive: top-quality equipment, variety for every muscle group, and everything is always well maintained. The atmosphere inspires discipline and focus, surrounded by people who truly understand the value of training. And the best part: the gym is open 24/7, which makes it easy to stay consistent with no excuses. No matter your routine, there’s always a time to train. For me, Iron Religion is not just a gym, it’s a temple of performance. If you love bodybuilding and are looking for real results, this is the place to be.

Experiencia positiva: This gym in my opinion provides the best value compared to LA fitness and crunch. Main reason is the fact that there is a great amount of body building equipment and is open 24/7. Some of the front desk staff are nice and some just dont want to be bothered. There is no sauna, small locker room, and a fair amount of cardio equipment.

Experiencia negativa: I accidentally left my lifting belt under a camera on the counter next to the freezer where people usually store food. I had to travel for two days, and when I came back, my belt was gone. I went to the front desk and asked if they could check the cameras, since I know the exact date and time I left the gym, but the staff member simply told me they wouldn’t check and that was it. There was no effort at all to help me. I just want to leave this as a warning for others: if you forget something here, don’t expect to get it back.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is my absolute favorite gym in Orlando! The selection of equipment is top notch. Each and every time I make a trip from Jacksonville I have an amazing workout. Leg day is insane. IR has every machine you need to hit every part of the leg. And forget about BACK DAY (my personal favorite), you definitely can’t go wrong coming here. They have it all. And if you are a person that likes to work chest (the guys will love it), come to IR because they have machines that hit every angle. I usually hate chest but I will work it here. I can’t say enough positive things about this gym. I LOVE IT!! AND If I was to ever move to Orlando, this gym would be the reason. Thank you Iron Religion for such a great gym. I freakin’ love ya’ll!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Epic Gym Pay 20 bucks for a day pass one time visit, well worth it! Equipment is plentiful, place is clean, everything works, strong lifters in the facility, cannot think of anything you would need to do a solid workout, thats not there.

Experiencia negativa: I use to really love this gym at one point this gym had the standard of becoming #1 bodybuilding gym now it’s flooded with trainer and clients Can’t even use a single machine when the trainer has 5 clients on 2 machines back to back for the price we pay for a month to month.. I’m many many members say the same.

Experiencia negativa: Tried to charge me double for a day pass. Seems to favor regulars and doesnt care about visitors at all. Bad dumbells and plates. Not so much room infront of the mirrors. Bad leg ext and curl machines and I didnt see any cable machines. Mediocre lightning. Packed with yogaclasses doing stretches on the deadlift platforms. Pretty good stuff for calisthenics and explosiveness training. Nice theme. Open all night. Only gave two stars since there isnt anything better close.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been training at this gym for two months now. It was recommended to me as one of the best in the area, but honestly, I find it pretty disappointing for the price. While the gym does have a large number of machines, several of them are often out of order. More concerning, though, is the level of cleanliness—something I’ve never experienced in any other gym. They provide spray bottles to wipe down machines, but only with these disgusting, foul-smelling cloths that are clearly reused and just spread sweat and bacteria. It’s extremely unhygienic. They should be offering wipes or disposable paper towels instead. The bathrooms are consistently filthy, with bad smells, dirty floors, and often no soap or toilet paper. The gym itself has an unpleasant odor throughout, which may be due to poor air conditioning or lack of proper ventilation and maintenance. There are water leaks on the walls, and just yesterday, a cockroach literally fell from the ceiling while I was training. That pretty much sums up the poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness here. For a gym that is among the most expensive in the area, these basic standards of hygiene and care should not be overlooked. One last thing—there’s a young man with glasses who’s usually at the front desk during the day. He never says hello, goodbye, or welcome to anyone. If you’re working at the front desk, greeting members should be part of the job. A simple acknowledgment goes a long way in creating a welcoming environment. I’m sharing photos as proof of what I’m describing, because having thousands of machines means nothing if there’s no cleanliness, order, or decent customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: I train men's Physique and travel all over to different gyms. This place was pretty nice. Tucked up in a plaza towards downtown Orlando. Easy to get to and I went at 9pm on a Friday night. Facility was low lit, reminded me of a skating rink on weekends lol. Plenty of equipment though i didn't see much cable machines but I'm going back again today and I'll look more. Alot of apparel also. Staff is there 24/7, the guy that checked me in seemed very mono tone with his enthusiasm and energy. Like he could care if I was there or not. Not too chatty or responsive when I tried to engage a little about the gym. Plenty of water and supplements also. It was $52 for a week pass or $25 a day. Made sense for 3 days to pay the week. Some guys who shouldn't have had their shirts off did, non fit cocky wana be guys were there too. Once I started training, they moved and went somewhere else. I guess that's allowed even with females training there. I'm 46 and I've always shown respect and gym etiquette. ALWAYS humble and I've worked hard to be at the pro level. These types make me cringe plus the gym doesn't say anything?? Other than that, hit it up and give it your opinion, bc this was mine. We'll see how today goes. Experiencia negativa: I joined this gym because of the great equipment and the positive feedback from others. While it’s true that the machines are excellent, the overall hygiene is extremely poor. The gym REALLY bad, the ventilation is terrible, and to make matters worse, I’ve seen cockroaches in the facility. For a gym that charges more than other equally equipped and much cleaner options, this is simply unacceptable. I ended up canceling my membership.

While the machines are great and the facility has great potential, the hygiene and ventilation are major issues. There’s a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the entire space, and the air circulation is poor. For a gym that charges more than other equally equipped but cleaner gyms, this was disappointing. I hope management takes action to improve the maintenance and cleanliness.

This isn't the gyms fault but I was amazed at how many people didn't re-rack their weights or clean up after themselves but again, the gym itself and the staff is great

It does miss sauna, would be great if they had it. The only real improvement issue I see is that front office staff is kind of disinterested. They should really pay them more. Experiencia negativa: I would like to formally express my concern regarding an incident that occurred at the gym front desk involving a staff member who happens to be one of the owners "ELENA".Her behavior towards me was not only disrespectful but also carried racial undertones that made me feel targeted and unwelcome. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and fairness, and I hope this matter will be taken seriously because it's unacceptable whether you're the owner. The gym survives because of the diversity and customers not you Elena!

Experiencia negativa: I visited this gym yesterday to sign up for a membership since my friends recommended it, but unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Upon entering, I approached the front desk where a caucasian girl, about 5’5”, with black hair and glasses was seated. When I politely expressed my interest in signing up, she didn’t make any eye contact or engage with me. Instead, she simply pointed to a form for me to fill out, showing minimal effort or courtesy. During this process, another customer who spoke Spanish asked her if she spoke Spanish. She responded with a blunt and unfriendly “no.” Moments later, I overheard her speaking Portuguese with someone else. As a Spanish speaker myself, I know that Portuguese and Spanish are similar enough that, with a little effort, basic communication is absolutely possible. Her lack of willingness to even try was both disappointing and uncomfortable, so I stepped in to help translate. She continued to ignore our interaction entirely. At one point, I asked her a question about the paperwork. Instead of acknowledging me, she picked up a paper and began reading, without saying a word. I waited a few seconds, then repeated the question to be sure she heard me. She finally responded but in the most vague and careless way possible, offering no real help or clarity. Once I finished the form, I stood there unsure of what to do next. She said nothing. Only when I asked if we were done did she point silently to the barcode on the key tag and say I was all set. Overall, the lack of basic customer service, respect, and engagement was disappointing especially for a new member. I strongly recommend that the gym train its staff in professional communication and cultural sensitivity, especially given the diverse community it serves. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others in the future.

Talk a walk around before you start your workout, the gym kinda sprawls and had more equipment than I originally realized! Clientele were great, staff was great, gains were great. The fridge with available meals for purchase is also genius! Would visit again in a heartbeat. This is better than my normal gym lol

Experiencia positiva: Massive facility with everything you could want in a gym. The staff are nice and very friendly, and they keep the gym and the bathrooms clean and well maintained. I will say, the smell in the newest weight room is *really* bad (not a sweaty gym smell, like a burning rubber smell), and I do limit how much time I spend in there because it gives me a headache, which has impacted some of my workouts. Hoping they work on fixing that soon.

Experiencia fantástica: Went here during disney trip, totally worth it. Got my workouts done and they have EVERYTHING anyone would need for a workout. Pendulum squat, belt squat, calves, squat rack, bench, free weights, rows, cables, you name it and they probably have. Also 24/7. Uber is about $10-15 round trip from disney springs and closer hotels(around 5 am and 8 am). They also have cooler, microwave, shower - convenient for people who pack their food for a trip but their hotel do not provide one you can just do a quick meal prep here. Very traveller friendly and the pricing is fair. Makes me want to move to florida, this place is better than my home gym!

Experiencia negativa: Gym has a lot of machines and what not, but during peak hours it's a zoo. And given how most of the patrons don't bother to rerack weights or put them back in any semblance of order, definitely not a place you would come to regularly for training. I spent most of my time trying to find matching pairs of free weights and/or bumper plates.

Experiencia negativa: As someone coming from a bodybuilding gym in atx, there are not many of them in Orlando. I searched for a while and was really excited to try this gym. Jada, the front staff, is extremely rude and unhelpful. She was getting irritated at every question I was asking, from military support to how fees worked. She would stop speaking to me and, smile at others and start helping them in the middle of “ helping me” or “onboarding me.” Unfortunately, there are no other gyms in the area with this caliber of equipment, so I signed up. However, this was not ok and should be addressed. Add: no tour was given. She can careless about hospitality. This gym is an hour away from my house, and im committed to making the drive, but there is no way I will continue to support a business that is careless about its members

Experiencia fantástica: A couple of days ago a gym member that was known for telling inappropriate jokes to others, screaming and mistreating gym equipment was banned, I reported him after he told me a joke about touching children and including me in the joke, I was extremely upset at this and made me feel uncomfortable, after emailing the staff about the situation they quickly revoked his membership and handle the situation with care. This gym and the staff truly care about its gym members safety and concerns. Thank you again Mrs. Julia.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t have a good visitation policy, price is $20 to try it out for a day. What is that, that’s complete robbery, who comes up with this stuff? And no specials for new year? Whoever is working marketing for this gym is doing a terrible job. No wonder there’s only one gym and I’ve never heard of it. Sad but maybe someday somebody in management will find some sense to them.

Experiencia negativa: Awesome gym, sadly I lost my wallet recently on Thursday 21st and I spoke with the Front Desk reps to see if anyone returned my wallet and the answer was no, without even taking the time to check the cameras and help me recover my belongings, I had many important documents in there and the help from Iron Team was zero.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member of this gym for more than 2 years now and it's is the best gym I've ever been to. The gym offers so many different ways to excersice that no matter how you like to train, you can do it here. The people that work out here are motivating and the people that work there are very nice. The thing that is the most impressive is how much the owner cares about this gym, he's always working to make the gym better, adding brand new machines constantly and he even expanded the gym so it's almost twice the size when I started here. This gym continues to get better and better!

Experiencia negativa: Like others have mentioned, the organization of dumbells and plates is by far the worst I’ve seen in any gym I’ve ever been to. Across many countries and continents. Hands down the worst. You want two dumbells of the same weight? Better call up your boy Samwise Gamgee cause you’ll be going on a journey across middle earth to find it. O you need two 45lb plates? Yea those will be behind the assortment of 5s, 10s and 35s on the machine across the gym. And it’s like this every. Damn. Day. It would actually be funny if it wasn’t so bad it affects the rhythm of your workout. Response to their reply: Your “reracking policy” isn’t working. Having a sign on the wall isn’t working, hasn’t worked and now there is a culture of leaving plates and dumbbells anywhere. Every other gym I’ve been to has had employees take care of that periodically throughout the day. Once things are in order, clients may be more likely to put them back where they belong. Could be worth a shot since what you’re doing now obviously isn’t working.

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Will the trainer there!!! He is so PROFESSIONAL and such GOOD PEOPLE and not to mention LITERALLY THE BEST TRAINER. The results that I have gotten from him in the little amount of time is crazy. I genuinely enjoy coming into my daily training sessions here ! Needless to say, no more double chin!! ALL HAIL WILL!

Experiencia negativa: Beware of this place! Parents and women especially! The male owner and male cleaners casually walk inside the women's restroom which is supposed to be a safe space for JUST WOMEN. That is so unprofessional and CREEPY! The owners never replace the water filter for the water fountain on time. They do this constantly as their scheme to get you to pay $2 for a bottle of water that sells for 25 cents in Costco. Bathrooms are out of order constantly and like the reviews say - it’s true, no one at this place picks up after themselves. Parents beware because they play very explicit music here. My children and other kids come to this gym to train with personal trainers and there’s no reason for them to be listening to such bad words and lyrics from your playlist! Watch out for this place…

Experiencia negativa: really my coach was the best! but the service at the from desk is super bad the person's name is Tin I think that's his name, very rude, racist, rude, I hope he goes and takes a customer service course and if he doesn't like his job, study and do something that makes you happy! I really do not recommend this gym because its employees are not prepared!

Experiencia fantástica: AMAZING gym! I came here as just a visitor to get my workout in and I instantly fell in love. The amount of machines they have to work specific muscle groups is just incredible. They really put a lot into the gym in the fact that they have a little bit of equipment for all training types. I love the open floor concept but that they have rooms that have sort of different concepts. From a cable room, to s cardio area, to free weights room. I really loved how the signing up was simple and I didn’t feel pressured to sign into a contract like most other gym. I’m happy to call this gym my new home!

Dear Júlia, I did contact management several times and I was completely ignored, my brand new head set disappeared from your front desk, once it was returned to lost and found by a Good Samaritan gym member! Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming here for over 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say. They have specific bodybuilding and powerlifting equipment that i haven’t been able to find in other gyms in the area. And they are constantly getting new equipment to make the gym better. The staff is also alway willing to help whenever needed. Definitely will continue to come to this gym for years to come.

Experiencia negativa: Disappointing honestly... I wanted to like this gym but it did not live up to its reputation online! Lots of weights and dumbbells which is awesome but it’s so hard to find them... Idk bout you but there’s nothing I hate more than my workout constantly being interrupted to find the correct weights. Bathrooms were and the water fountain is always broken! I’ll come back in a few months to try this place again, til next time I hope some improvements are made!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been traveling around Florida so I’ve stopped at quite a few gyms and this was BY FAR the most disappointed I have been by any gym, especially after seeing the reviews and pictures online. The front desk staff was great and the locker room was nice but that’s it as far as anything positive. There were weights and miscellaneous items all over the gym floor and seemingly everywhere but where they were supposed to be. I had to hunt all over just to find the plates I needed. There were all sorts of weights left in machines and bars so usually that’s where you had to grad them from. It just felt chaotic and the vibe was not a good one, I couldn’t focus on my workout or get into a good groove because I was constantly looking for the right weights or equipment which totally broke the concentration from the actual workout.

Experiencia fantástica: Inspiration hits you then minute you walk in, so many friendly people who are willing to help and answer questions about fitness , from staff or trainers or members. It’s like one big family, all they ask is when you come in try your hardest when it comes to training, the walls are legendary with history of past guest and bodybuilders. I would encourage if your are visiting stop by and if you are looking for a home gym you won’t regret signing up

Experiencia fantástica: absolutely a fantastic place to exercise, work out, body build or just learn. everyone there from 10 to 100 are just fantastic and there is no one looking at you like you do not belong. no criticizing, just great people and if you do ask someone there whether employee or customer, they are always very willing to help. very clean also. best around bottom line.

In a nutshell, Iron Religion Gym is THE place to be if you're serious about fitness and having a blast while getting in shape. The staff, the equipment, the community - it's all on point. Experiencia negativa: Visited out of town with friends and we were not impressed. They have all your basic equipment you can find in any other gym - nothing extraordinary. The space is huge I’ll give them that! But there are machines always out of order, a piece is broken, or something falls off. Basically the equipment is not well kept at all. The owners definitely neglect their machines here. Also members do not re-rack here so if you have no problem with walking around your entire workout to find what you need this is the place for you! The gym needs to improve on enforcing their re-racking policy since the signs don’t work at all.

Experiencia negativa: I don’t understand the hype. There’s nothing spectacular, just that it’s a big space. The big space tricks you into thinking that they have a variety of equipment but this place is no different than a CF or LA. They have all the same machines, cables, and weights. Bathrooms are unsanitary - pee and #2 on the floors sometimes - always one stall is out of order. Weights/dumbbells scattered everywhere. If you’re serious about working out go elsewhere because you’ll spend most of your workout looking for weights rather than lifting them. The community fridges smell like fish and I’ve seen cockroaches crawling near the microwaves and fridge.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely messy and unorganized gym. Trainers and members do not re-rack their weights or equipment. This was during normal hours of operation, not during the graveyard shift. So make sure you have enough time to workout because you will spend a decent amount of time looking for correct weights and equipment. Oh and the bathrooms... The bathrooms are filthy. I’ve never had a moment where the bathrooms are clean and without “Out of Order” signs. The vibe here isn’t so much serious bodybuilding.. it gives “hangout” energy. All members gather talking obnoxiously loud around the machines claiming to “use them”. It’s very unpleasant for us members who are seriously working out to have to listen to them be so loud and take equipment! People will sing along to their music playing by from their headphones—again so rude! Members will talk loudly on the phone for all of us to hear. This place does not seem to have rules. The members can do and get away with whatever they want. There needs to be a manager on site! This gym has so much potential but it’s lacking due to improper management and good business ethics from the owners. Do better guys!

Experiencia fantástica: Decided to try this gym out and when I walked in I received great customer service from Dean! He told me about the day pass and after signing up for the pass he showed me around and even gave me some tips with the workouts!

Experiencia negativa: Wish I could give zero stars! Absolutely awful customer service. A male employee took my cancellation and then the gym proceeded to keep charging me for 8 months! I complained (it was for 2 memberships - my fiancé and I) and they didn’t care enough to address my complaint. Just said they’d cancel with a $10 (x2) cancellation fee. I asked again and they sent me a shoddy email with absolutely no consideration that one of their employees messed up. Ownership lacks business ethics BIG TIME. Absolutely hideous. I’m not one to EVER write a negative review (never have)! But this was absolutely inexcusable. They charged me almost $600 for services I didn’t use and had cancelled. And what’s worse, they could not have cared ANY LESS. Awful awful awful! Not to mention that we stopped going because the place is a mess and the staff is unfriendly. If you’re looking for a new gym in orlando, do NOT go to this place! Even though it may be cheap… you definitely get exactly what you pay for! Cheap service, cheap location and you’ll get cheated out of your money! PS. We overpaid our trainer $500 and never saw that money back either. Just icing on the cake.

Experiencia positiva: 4.5 if it were allowed on Google. My first time there . All the equipment you need, friendly staff, clean. Just lacked the energy and vibe of a serious gym. Meaning a little sleepy like a Planet Fitness. That could also be because it was 8am on a Saturday…but my home gym always has “that” vibe. But good workout and totally equipped
