Experiencia positiva: Love the gym but so many machines down .. it's pricey gym . But over all great gym .. motivating

Experiencia negativa: Under new management We have been members ever since they first opened . Had many good years working out there and getting to know the community . From the original staff only a few dedicated staff are left behind but the new management is careless about loyal members . Send several emails/ calls to management to resolve issues never got a email or call back from the management.

Experiencia fantástica: Went there on a 3 day pass, I’m gonna sign up for membership! Impressed by the cleanliness, wide variety of machines, professional staff, pleasant and encouraging members. Very good vibe!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience so far. Aaron was very helpful and straightforward. Me and my wife got a NYE promotion even on Jan 3rd and a few free perks to try out at the gym. Huge space, variety of classes and a recovery room.

Experiencia fantástica: UFC La Mirada is clean and the staff is friendly. They offer a good variety of workout classes, I highly recommend yoga with Jaque on Fridays. Overall, is a good place to workout. My only suggestion is to dim the new lighting so is not so bright in there.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined this gym because of its exclusiveness. People here come to work out; no BS or people just hanging out. I have only seen one person recording themselves but that was like at 4am. People wipe down the equipment after each use. Lately though, I’ve seen it kinda’ get more packed and I think it’s because this UFC gym is now part of a discounted plan from employers. Still WAY better than other gyms though.

I can finally see my toes ! lol I signed up in October or early August I’ve been training with him ever since then and it’s been an amazing time from one on ones where I passed out and nosebleeds it’s been intense and the payoff has been worth it. He’s an amazing coach.

Experiencia fantástica: The front desk staff is amazing. I asked them a few weeks to play some Rolling Stones. Yesterday during my workout the volume was turned up and “Start me up” song came on. The girl next to me said today is my favorite day of music here and I do not like the music they normally play.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. The gym itself is huge, has a large variety of machines for weightlifting and cardio. They have massage chairs, a sauna, boxing and martial arts area. All ages come around, classes are offered to everybody. The staff are respectful, friendly, and supportive in your fitness goals. For the first time (in my four years of strength training) I feel part of a gym/fitness community.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely horrible experience with this gym. I had a medical emergency and requested to put utilize their medical hold, which is something that they offer. I spoke to Aaron who also signed me up in the first place who informed me only Mike the manager could assist. A week of trying to get a hold of the manager, Mike, who never called me back Bob said he would just Cancel my membership and when I was ready to come back, I could come back. Well, that wasn’t the case. After receiving my goodbye email from the UFC gym I then Started to receive multiple charges from the 9 to be exact! Now it’s been a month later and they attempted to charge my card again. The Management isn’t there to help you, seems like they’re just there too out themselves.

Experiencia positiva: Pros: 1. JD gave me a free training consult and was awesome! I learned a lot and he was very transparent about how personal training works at UFC Gym. 2. Incredible amount of equipment, punching bags, and a cool sparring ring. Cons: 1. I prefer dumbbells and all the benches were being squatted both times I visited. 2. I also like to use the lat pulldown equipment, also squatted. If I come back, it will be to train with JD.

Experiencia fantástica: The last time I had put in a review of the gym, I think I had 2 -3 stars. It was low because of the poor maintenance of the showers. It Maybe a coincidence, but they re-did the showers and now they're much better. Thanks for that, I hit the gym after work and need my showers before working out. Maybe best for everyone. Lol.

Experiencia positiva: Love that it’s not overly crowed. I think the benches need to be updated . It would be nice if all of them could incline instead of just having some of them that can do that. But overall still had a good workout. The energy and vibe in the gym was good as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Mike is really helpful in getting you the right membership that fits your budget. The place is neat and clean majority of the time(minus the busiest time 5-7pm) but even then. It’s relatively clean. The staff are great. Nothing negative to be said about UFC La Mirada.

Whoever is controlling the music has to be reminded it's not what the employee wants to hear but what the gymmers wanna hear. Yall should put like a gym music feedback and see what we would like to listen too.

The gym has state-of-the-art equipment, professional trainers and a very friendly and supportive atmosphere. Also, fellow mates you workout with are quite serious about their fitness goals, which is quite inspiring. All in all, this place exceeds my expectations by all means. Experiencia negativa: NO ONE CLEANS WIPES DOWN MACHINES . No one Acknowledges you . It smells like a wet hamper . First responder “ I have seen it all . Food snacks always stocked . That’s the perk here . UFC you make a lot of money “ no doubt ! IT IS NOT CLEAN . I go for the connivence . I bring my own disinfectant wipes. I wish there were signs that enforced members cleaning up after themselves.

Experiencia negativa: Honestly insane how the dude that coaches the DUT still refuses to use words and respectfully ask anyone who is working out on the turf to move instead of having his whole class run through you like you’re not there. Level of disrespect is insane. The reason I left the gym to begin with, would have thought common courtesy would have kicked in by now. I understand there’s a class but not even a single sign to let you know. I should add the rest of the gym and staff are 5 stars.

There's staff walk around making sure ppl are comfortable in the environment and classes. Julian helped sign me up he answered all my questions. He really made me feel like I belong at that gym. Gebron also offered a one on one for physical therapy I'm super excited about that. I can go on and on about how welcoming the staff is. The boxing coach and BJJ coach are great too. The location is well kept plenty of machines. They also offer meal prep foods n a smoothie bar. Only been a member a week but very impressed.
