Experiencia fantástica: I can’t begin to explain how awesome MOVE304 is. I started in July 2021 and have truly found a community here. Your peers root for you; your coaches support and guide you; you are constantly challenged. There is a place for everyone here. Come try a class with me!

Experiencia fantástica: As soon as you walk in you feel so welcomed and at home. Workouts are explained, scaled and coached with such a positive, uplifting way. It’s the best decision I made for my physical and mental health. It’s truly like my second family.

Experiencia fantástica: All the coaches/ staff are great! They scale the workouts to your ability while still encouraging you to push yourself to do more! Every member there is welcoming and encouraging, as well! The only regret I have is not starting sooner.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this gym for a few months and I am so thrilled that I started. The staff/coaches do a fantastic job of leading each class. They explain every work out and help each individual find the right level of “push” while also encouraging you to keep going. Everyone who goes makes it a wonderful and welcoming environment where we can have fun while also getting the most out of each workout. I also meet with the nutrition coach and we have been making huge gains. Our focus has been on making me a stronger and fitter rock climber. She has been able to successfully help me build muscle mass and loose fat. Highly recommended.
