Experiencia fantástica: As a woman over 30 (because we never tell our true age) finding a gym where I could be comfortable was very important. I had been a member at other "brand name" gyms and felt intimidated or ignored. The Body is such a welcoming place where everyone is accepted for where they currently are in their stage of fitness and encouraged every time they come in. Knowing the members by name and being genuinly excited about seeing the progress that each person is making is what sets this gym apart from all others. Rock and Becky truly care about their members and about having a business where the atmosphere is open and inviting. I still can't say that I LOVE working out, but I can say I LOVE THE BODY! (Oh... the smoothies are terrific too!)

Experiencia fantástica: Love the familial feel of this place. Having worked in gyms a large portion of my adult life, this is a friendly place to "do work". It's got all the stuff you need to get in a good workout, and the owner, Rock, is always there bright & early with a "Hello"!

The owner and staff are so incredibly nice and helpful I would recommend this gym hands down to anyone that is looking to get into shape and looking for somewhere to start that has awesome trainers. No crazy lines for gym equipment either.

Experiencia fantástica: Trainers know what they're talking about and are committed to giving you advice for long term well-being. Some of them even continuously expand their knowledge by attending seminars and additional classes so they can better provide you the best care you can get in terms of improving your posture, nutrition, and over-all weight loss or gain (depending on whay you're looking for). Best gym and trainers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Super friendly and welcoming to all types of gym goers (not as ridiculous as Planet Fitness and that alarm of theirs, I've never had it ring for me but I always thought it was a little silly).

Not trying to sell me on anything, listened, responded, even remembered me from a brief phone call hours before. 2) Excellent equipment. A great mix of free weights, modern isolation equipment, and retro equipment. Very cool. 3) A home-like atmosphere. I'd gladly work out here every day. Solid, folks. A+.

The owner Rock, gym manager Brodee, and all the awesome trainers work hard to bring people together, provide motivation, and are always keeping your individual and long term health in mind with any piece of advice. Remember to roll out!

Experiencia fantástica: The Body has been a blessing for me! I have many injuries and I am constantly putting stress and weight on those injuries for my job. My old PT was not helping me in the slightest. And one day the owner, Rock, saw me walking around with my brace and immediate could tell what was wrong. I have started to see him regularly. He is helping me with my injuries, pain and stress management along with just being a wonderful person! My experience at the body has been beyond belief for me. The staff, equipment and atmosphere are fantastic. I will be able to take strides to recovery with the many wonderful services available at The Body. My German Shepherd service dog also loves Rock to death and that say a lot to me.
