I also like that they have a ton of supplements to choose from. It’s convenient for me to grab some while I’m there. I also like the vending machine it has a good amount of healthy choices if I’m on the run and need to grab something on my way out. I can’t say enough good things about this Gym! This place is an awesome place to workout!

Experiencia fantástica: The last few years were pretty challenging for me, and this gym was able to offer a reset every day. Brad and Liz are some of the nicest people you could meet, and are always willing to offer advice on lifting. Brad especially was quick to help of or answer questions. I lifted there all the way through high school and saw huge gains thanks to you guys. Whenever I'm back in town I will be sure to go lift at the The Gym For Every Body!!

I used to work out at the rec center but I'm glad I gave TGEB a try because I don't think I'll go back to the rec. Pricing is reasonable too.

Experiencia fantástica: I was never a gym person although active and participated in sport and other activities. My wife has a trainer here who is wonderful. I started coming about two years ago and had a trainer at the local rec center for about a year who was also great. I now come here without a trainer. I have watched and observed all the trainers who are knowledgeable, professional and very attuned to their clients. It is a clean and very friendly gym with an encouraging bunch of members. I look forward to coming and my strength and balance have improved. My only regret is I didn’t start doing this sooner.

She really cares about us and not only works with us on staying fit physically, but also has worked through different injuries, and keeps on us about stretching and a good diet. Me and my staff at Windsor Pediatric dentistry have enjoyed utilizing many of the classes offered over lunch with Eric and Lindsey. They are a great way to stay fit and can be easily worked into a work day. Several of my staff have been training with Brad and they love it. Since we have been coming for so long we have had a chance to train with Kelsey, Natalie, Liz, Brad, Eric and Taylor. I can truly say, I have had nothing but amazing experiences with each and every person there. Have I mentioned the Kids Club? They are incredible! Whether it’s playing games or snuggles with a baby, you know they really care about the kids. Karmen and Allison keep that place spic and span clean too! We love this small locally owned and operated business and you will too!

You’ll get a great workout. Another great service they provide is onsite childcare in a clean and happy environment. All of the personal trainers and childcare employees are professional and friendly. All of this plus I am happy to support a local small business.

I've never felt as comfortable in a gym as I do here, from the very beginning. I've yet to encounter the normal "gym drama" I've seen at all the other gyms. I love that there is such a variety of people that come here, truly is for every body! Also, the daycare workers are SO wonderful and have made my little momma's boy comfortable to go with other people! So thankful for this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Working out has always been something I've forced myself to do. After joining The Gym and their Bootcamp classes, I actually enjoy and look forward to working out. Plus, the staff members are amazing (especially Eric and Liz). They make sure you have correct form and are challenging yourself, but they do it in a way that never makes me feel small or stupid. They actually care about members beyond the walls of The Gym. I always leave classes feeling stronger, healthier, and more empowered.

You can dead-lift and do high-intensity workouts without a staff member telling you that you are making too much noise. I would recommend this gym for anyone who is serious about staying in shape.
