Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Strongsville is a special place for me. When I closed my gym post-COVID I needed a place for my members to move to. Max and Chrissy were phenomenal in helping create a welcoming environment. They're consistently adding new features like 24-hour access and equipment upgrades. I love the people there and will be forever thankful for how they welcomed our community of CrossFit athletes. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member of this gym for over 7 years. You couldn’t ask for a better group of people to workout with. Everyone from the coaches to the owners I consider personal friends. This was a small gym and has grown to be one of the largest and best CrossFit gyms in the area. Come try a class and see for yourself! Noon is the best class by the way.

Experiencia fantástica: Upon moving to Cleveland, we immediately sought out the closest CrossFit gym and we are so glad we found CrossFit Strongsville! They were extremely welcoming for my family and I, they are VERY kid friendly, and the coaches are extremely knowledgeable. Having a spot for our kids to come with us had made it so much easier for us and other members to enjoy our workouts. Highly recommended

Experiencia fantástica: I have intermittently attended the gym (largely due to my own scheduling conflicts). This has been my best group gym experience. I've been a part of other CrossFit boxes, OrangeTheory, etc., and this box has been the best experience. The coaches are knowledgable, everyone was friendly and introduced themselves, and there's a great spirit of competitiveness while not making you feel bad if you're just getting started. If my schedule aligned better, I would be a full timer at this box.

Experiencia fantástica: Josh, Chrissy, the rest of the coaches, and gym members have made me feel like I was part of the family from day one. I look forward to going to class every morning. The ramp up program was both a cost effective and educational approach to get acclimated to the CrossFit program. I spent time at a couple other gyms before ending up at Strongsville CrossFit and it was obvious from the initial consultation that this was home for me.

Experiencia fantástica: Joined Crossfit Strongsville in Dec of ‘22 looking to get in better shape and keep moving. Everyone in the gym, from the other members to the coaches have been supportive, helpful, and encouraging. Crossfit and Olympic weightlifting are new to me so I feel like I’m starting from square one - Coaches Ben & Josh are always chiming in with tips and feedback on my form. They’re very knowledgeable, patient, and able to break things down in a way that’s easy to learn. In just 10 weeks there is a very noticeable difference in how I look, feel, and in my strength. Don’t be put off by the TV image of CrossFit - my experience with CFS so far has been camaraderie, personal challenge, and encouragement. Very happy with my choice to join.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing place! I've known Coach Dave for quite a long time, and he invited me in for an open gym to help me with my marathon training program. I've always known he showed strength of spirit, mind, and body - but to see it manifested into Crossfit Strongsville was a privilege as a friend and unbelievably helpful to my training. The coaches and members were all very welcoming and made me feel right at home (and I often feel like I specialize in feeling socially awkward). Dave (and Max) were very knowledgeable and helpful; they know the body and want to help you become the best version of yourself. This isn't just beefy dudes yelling at you to jump on a box (which is admittedly what I half expected walking into a crossfit place). Wish I lived closer so I could be a regular member, it's a great place to be.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. Being new to CrossFit, I've appreciated how remarkably helpful all the coaches have been showing the ropes and making sure appropriate modifications are made while building up strength and experience.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great, all of the members are welcoming and friendly and coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I have not taken advantage of some of the additional resources they offer yet but have heard great things about the chiropractor/massage services from other members.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been affiliated with this gym for a couple years. After a hiatus, I found my way back and it is still the same amazing place it was when I left. Awesome and motivating coaches, encouraging athletes, and just an overall fantastic atmosphere that is fun, safe, and educational just to name a few attributes of an amazing box!

They have the award winning best trainer called Vincent who is very good at keeping you in desired level and we really enjoyed the way he teaches... Would definitely suggest this place ...

The coach, Dave, is a great individual that works with any and all levels of fitness, even those that haven't worked out.....like myself. It truly is a nice community of friends and family that you become a part of from day one. Don't be scared to try this you will thank yourself in just a few weeks!
