Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym just got folks that have Parkinson's. The coach has been teaching for 6 yrs. And she is excellent! Not only do we get exercise but make new friends.

Experiencia positiva: we need classes for younger individuals. All the Muay thai and boxing gyms are usually 30mins+ from this area. there are tons who would sign up if there were classes for 18-50

Experiencia fantástica: Rocksteady boxing has worked wonders keeping my wife's Parkinson's symptoms at bay. Most people don't know she has Parkinson's now. We live 45 miles from Brownsburg and make the trip three times a week because we see fantastic results. We love the new location and encourage anyone with Parkinson's to check it out.
